Mirella guesthouse was exactly what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet and safe area in Kensington. The centre of Perth is a 15 minutes car ride away. We liked sitting outside. The house has everything you need. Mirella and her husband are very friendly and open people. We enjoyed to stay with them.

Helen was a great host, excellent communication and was super flexible. She answered any questions I had straight away. The apartment is in a great location next to Victoria Gardens. It was about a 15 minute walk along the river to Optus stadium. There's a great little Cafe directly downstairs and some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A good bottle shop and supermarket are also a few minutes walk away. There's a free yellow cat bus stop out the front of the apartment that takes you straight into the city. We didn't end up hiring a car but I believe there is multi storey parking very close by. We really loved staying here and would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay in this lovely top floor apartment and it was as good this time as on our first visit two years ago - comfortable, very quiet, spacious and well-equipped. Lyda was as responsive and helpful as before, and we would definitely stay here again.

The unit was perfect for my one week stay. Location was excellent, right next to the train station, plus close to cafes, supermarket, post office, pharmacy etc. the property was very clean, clear checkin instructions, easy parking & host was extremely responsive. The only negative (which has been mentioned in other reviews as well) is the shower is extremely small.
