Monthly Rentals in City of Perth

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Lesley & James were both excellent & approachable. This place is so peaceful. The bed is incredible and both myself and Jon had some of the best sleeps in a long time. The microwave and air fryer was excellent for cooking simple dishes. The bathroom was amazing and felt spa like. There was an issue with the washing machine and Lesley handled everything promptly and so effectively. I was calling this studio “home” by the end of my stay. Fantastic, excellent and superior quality all around. When I come back for another visit I will gladly book this studio again. Just absolutely exceptional. Thanks again both James, and Lesley. 5 star isn’t enough. 10 star in my opinion.

Awesome place to stay in East Perth area. Walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. Only problem with this place was parking. However, I parked in the Terrace Road public parking lot which was the best place that I could find, and it was better than I thought. cost me only $43 for more than 24hrs parking. The place was clean and cozy. Peaceful place to have a rest before exploring the city of light. Highly recommend this place.

So many great things to say... location is amazing. CBD but yet quiet. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, metro, barbers, everything! Communication and instructions extremely helpful. Nespresso machine, fully functional kitchen (oven, stove, cutlery, plates, Brita water filter, etc.). All amenities nice. Internet, TV, washer and dryer, dining area, balcony, Aircon, all good. Apartment has a cozy carpeted feel with a homey lived in vibe. All in all, solid spot to spend our week! Thanks again! 👍

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Always flexible with a great welcome basket and lots of bits and bobs that mea indent have to spend lots of money on things I only needed a small amount of.
