Kid-friendly vacation rentals in City of Perth

It was a lovely home, very clean, fully equipped, and very homey. Very strategic location, close to the city centre. And Emma is such a lovely host, she responded very fast when i had problem with my bedrooms electric blanket. Tq for the great service and lovely home.

My family had a really nice stay - the views were gorgeous and the spaces within the house were well thought out. The host was extremely helpful and responsive too. Wish we had more time to spend in this beautiful house!

My family (two small children and visiting grandparents) stayed here for a month while I was working at Curtin University. location is great for the bus into the city. close enough to Albany Highway for all the restaurants in Vic Park, but far enough that it's peaceful and quiet. Our young children loved the outdoor space. The decorations made it feels like a home away from home, with all the needed amenities and kitchen supplies! Kirrily was responsive but not intrusive during our longer stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great location, communication was easy and proactive, secured parking garage for 2 cars was a huge plus, clean house, and all essential amenities were provided. Highly recommended!

Had a very wonderful stay at Hideaway at Harry’s Lane. From pre booking, the host was very responsive to our enquiries. The house was spotless and comfortable, high chair, cot and children’s bowl & cup was provided and it was very useful. We had fun with the puzzles & games provided. The location was great too, it was near some cafes and supermarket and also pretty near drive to the city. The house was well maintained and towels & linens were clean and hotel-like quality. Melanie was very responsive when we had questions during our stay too. Everything exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay here again when we are back. We absolutely loved our stay at Gills house. The house was central to all we had planned which made everything so easy. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful at times but staying in Gills house with our little one was very comfortable and stress free. The house has everything you need, including extra linen and towels which is always a plus for me. The star of the show had to be the spacious 2 person shower that made life so much easier with a clingy toddler. Our hosts were very responsive to all our needs and did their best to help wherever they could. Highly recommend. Hoping to come back in the future.

Great location for small family of four. Food choices was excellent and transport to all parts of Perth is within walking distance. No need for a rented car if you are staying here but it does provide a free parking lot if you wish to drive.

A Stunning Stay at Winston's Villa What an absolutely beautiful home! The location is ideal, tucked in a quiet street, yet just a short walk from both West Leederville and Subiaco. The interior is exceptional, seamlessly blending charming heritage features with modern comforts. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and all the amenities you could need are at your fingertips. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, spacious, well-equipped, and full of natural light. One of my favourite features was the dedicated workspace overlooking the garden, which made my work week not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. And after a long day, sinking into the generously sized, ultra-comfy bed was the perfect way to unwind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at Winston's Villa and can’t wait to return.

Our 2nd stay at this property. Really convenient location, close to shops, Kings Park botanic Gardens, Perth CBD and the Athletics stadium. Very comfortable beds, Netflix available, amenities are great. Quiet, tree lined street is beautiful and the choice of coffee just up the road is a bonus! Great host and would definitely stay again if we visit Perth. Thanks again and great value.

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

Lovely compact, comfortable apartment with everything needed for a cosy stay. We liked that the apartment was so close to the city centre with easy access to public transport and Elizabeth Quay. It is a great place to come back to after a hard day's exploring!

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.
