Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in City of Adelaide

We loved our stay in Lucy’s cottage. It’s one of our favourite airbnbs. Lucy was very kind to provide provisions for us and left us muffins, eggs, bacon, fruit and chocolate as well as an extensive collection of tea. The cottage itself is very charming and beautiful. Both rooms were very comfortable and the bath was lovely. Would highly recommend this airbnb.

Absolutely loved our stay at this little hidden gem of a home! We were happily surprised at the rooftop terrace and outside area. Couldn’t fault the location, easy walk to all we needed. Would recommend this home 100%

Jo’s place is spacious & well presented. Location is second to none and still very quiet at night. Backyard is HUGE & well maintained! Will stay again if visiting Adelaide.

Great location to access the city and yet stay on the fringe. Very easy to jump on scooters to go places. House was great, excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds

A lovely home in a lovely spot. On the edge of the city, surrounded by parks, grand homes and close to a great little bakery. Deborah was welcoming and the house was very comfortable, clean and cosy. We look forward to coming back.

Central location in the middle of CBD with very clear instructions on how to access lock box and key. Apartment is as described with a well equipped bathroom and laundry, was a great base for us whilst attending a conference and entertaining an 8-month old.

Great location for walking round the city

Great place to stay, nice big apartment with big bedrooms, bathrooms were a little small. Very centrally located, which has the downside of being on a main road so you get some traffic noise, it really wasn't a problem though. Huge TV + a TV in the main bedroom. The AC's did make some noise, like the fans were squeaking as they spun, if this kind of thing bothers you it might be a problem. The shower could also use more water pressure, this wasn't to much of a problem either though. If you're looking for a good place to stay in the center of Adelaide I fully recommend it

I stayed at Anna’s place with a friend for Adelaide Writer’s week. Very well positioned WW plus Fringe and Adelaide Arts Festival. Super clean and host very responsive and kindly let us drop off our luggage when cleaning occurring as we were a little early. Great to have a bathroom each. Terrific cafe at foot of building serving excellent coffee. Lovely restaurants just down the road in East Terrace. Would recommend to anyone coming to Adelaide and wanting a central location.

The location next to North Terrace is excellent. North Terrace is where one can find lots of tourist attractions. It is very near to Rundle Mall where one can find lots of eating and shopping. Coles and Woolsworth is in the mall. Right outside the apartments are the Tram station and bus stops which can bring you to a lot of places of interests. Cath has kindly allow us early check-in as we arrived on an overnight flight. I would recommend her apartment to my friends and colleagues if they visit Adelaide.

This is without a doubt the nicest of the 6 Airbnb’s we have used over the last 7 weeks whilst exploring Australia. It is a roomy, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment, which felt homely with some lovely touches, including some nice treats. It is located on the edge of the city centre, with a bus stop right outside, and an easy walk to both the park & restaurants. Hera is a wonderful host, was so helpful when we arrived and very responsive to all communications. This apartment comes highly recommended.

Gorgeous view of the hills out of the large windows of the master bedroom, especially at night! About a minutes walk to the parklands along East Tce. So many food and shopping options along Hutt street or Rundle, all within a 5-10min walk. Did not hear any noise from the club next door over the whole weekend! The apartment itself is well spaced out. It feels quite cozy and homely. There were a few really hot days during our stay, the aircon didn’t skip a beat! Thanks to Nitin and the team for another great stay! They were very helpful and responsive throughout

I stayed here with my Mother and sister. There was plenty of space for us all and the apartment was clean, comfortable, tidy and well set up. Lovely new bathroom too. We found it a really convenient base to walk to the city and surrounds. Great pub meals just nearby too at the Original Coopers Alehouse. Fraser was great to deal with and responded promptly to any questions I had. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Apartment easy to use for my work trip. Quiet street but easy to walk to busy area as well as parks nearby. Mason very responsive and friendly on messages and gave helpful parking tips.

Seamless check in. Clear instructions. Place was exactly as advertized. Very clean and safe. Comfortable bed. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of extras. Some nice, unexpected treats. Offered late check out. Overall, a great Airbnb experience.

This is my second to me to stay at Michelle’s place. She is a great host that she is really friendly and doesn't take long to respond my concerns. Her apartment is spotless and has everything we need for cooking. Michelle always provides us great suggestions for restaurants and places to go for visit. We will definitely stay at her place again if we come to Adelaide again. Thank you Michelle.

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Instructions were easy to follow, located near Rundle mall plenty of food choices to choose from. Place was well presented and communication between host was great.

This was the second time that we have stayed at M & Ms. They are wonderful hosts, the location is excellent for walking around or catching buses and being an apartment, there is a lot of space to spread out. We highly recommend the apartment and the excellent hosts.

Loved staying here it had the best view over the city and sunset!!! Central location and so easy to walk everywhere to things like food, coffee, art gallery, gardens etc. The house was comfy with all amenities you need for short and long term stay plus the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
