Vacation rentals with a patio in City of Adelaide

We loved staying at Shell’s place for a second time! Having been there before, we felt right at home with the familiarity of everything. Would love to stay again.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great location; close to great cafes and wine bars as well as being very close to the city. Brent and Stella were very responsive to my messages and sent excellent instructions with how to check in. They also allowed us to check out slightly later, which was greatly appreciated. The accommodation was great for a group and I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Adelaide. The beds were amazing and we enjoyed the game of pool on the top floor overlooking the city, which was a bonus! Thanks again Brent and Stella 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Adelaide! The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect — surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores. Transportation was easy and convenient, making it simple to get around the city. The only small issue was that the check-in process was a bit confusing at first, but overall, everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Pav's place. The fully enclosed balcony and use of the pool were great for our toddler to burn energy after a long day of driving. Beds were comfy and place was clean. Thanks Pav!

Wow! Best instructions to get into the Air BnB, very simple to understand. Including the photos 10/10 for instructions. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, sporting events ect. Beautiful views, and amenities. Love it thanks for having us.

We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. Lots of lovely extras included. From the comfiest mattresses, to soft linen sheets and beautiful bathroom products - everything was exceptionally well considered.

David's place was excellent, great location, good facilities and walking distance to most of the CBD. I would definitely recommend David's place and would definitely stay again next time.

The best location, the most beautiful views. Really quiet (no noise from other apartments). Train station is 15 mins walk away, the tram to the beach is just a 7 minute walk. Rundle mall is just minutes away. Feels like total luxury, loved my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy's place. It was exactly as pictured and described on the listing, in a great location and very accessible. Lucy is a great communicator and we had absolutely no issues as she really thought of everything!

The house is situated in a lovely older established area with many handsome, heritage sandstone buildings. Very quiet walkable streets. 5 minutes by car to the CBD & Botanic Gardens. The house is very comfortably furnished with an easy outdoor area to sit in. The house has air-conditioning & useful amenities.

The place was spotless and full of amenities, above listed in the descriptions. Location was great, walkable to the city, zoo, museum, art gallery and Adelaide Uni. Definitely love this place.

A great place to stay whilst in Adelaide! Perfectly located with cafes, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The CBD is also within walking distance. The apartment was well appointed and felt like home with thoughtful touches. As others have said the parking access is tight but we had no issues in our small hire car. The only thing to improve was the bed which we found to be uncomfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Great location on the edge of the CBD, close to excellent cafes and pubs, with IGA supermarket nearby. Very quick and easy to get to Adelaide Central market, Rundle Mall, Gouger St on public transport or for a longer stroll. Relatively quiet despite the central location. Clean, tidy and well appointed apartment that was perfect for our group of two couples. Would recommend and happily stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this super cozy, freshly renovated Airbnb in Adelaide. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every amenity you could wish for. The location was fantastic, and the thoughtful personal touches from the host—like complimentary wine, cheese, books, and games—made it even more special. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if visiting Adelaide again.

We loved Amanda's place. The home was a beautifully maintained historical semi detached home, with lovely features and all the amenities. After inclement weather changed our plans, we even endes up having some of our wedding photos taken there. we loved it and hope to stay again.

We loved our stay. Leonie was really communicative which made check in easy. Perfect location right near the train station so easy to get around. The apartment is really spacious with a lovely balcony which we watch the sunrise on. All the amenities you need plus the wellness centre is a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, so close to the Rundle street mall. So many great options for food and dining out. Pubs only a 5 min walk away. Unit was very clean and tidy, with a great balcony. Great communication from manager, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The only negative is that there is no parking for your vehicle, nearby parking stations are quite expensive to use. other than that, 5 stars.

Natalie's place was really gorgeous and exactly as described. My best friend and I had a lovely time there and would return again! We were also provided breakfast and some snacks which was really thoughtful and a nice touch!

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Great stay everything as described. Need to update check out instructions. Keys and fob to be dropped in letter box for the apartment at ground floor upon checkout. Highly recommend would stay again.

The house had everything and more than what you would have in your own home. The fridge included cheese and ham with crossiants on arrival. Kitchen was well stocked and it was great we didn’t have to rush out and get the basics straight away.
