Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

The property is located in a quiet area, on a raised floor and consists of: entrance to the kitchen area (equipped with oven, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker...), very bright living area, 43-inch TV.(NETFLIX), a sleeping area where there is a single bed that becomes a comfortable double bed, a walk-in closet/laundry area and finally a bathroom.

Amazing stay at Cinzia’s home. I wish I never had to leave. Her and her family were so helpful and kind. For us, the location was perfect - close to everything and just a short walk into town, but still felt secluded and private, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and nature all around. Cinzia was responsive to any of our questions and helped coordinate a massage for us by the water, and a multi-course dinner service at the home - everything was exceptional.

It is located in a quiet place outside of Milan. We traveled by car, so I don't know how public transportation is. At check-in, the beautiful owner personally informed me in detail, so it was comfortable. I also had a fun and delicious dinner because you recommended an Italian restaurant. The house was so clean that it was the best I've ever been to. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very well-equipped, new apartment. Very clean, comfortable beds, perfectly functioning air conditioning. Window with mosquito net, so you could also leave the windows open at night. Private locked parking. A few cafes just around the corner. Coffee capsule, small sweet breakfast, water and milk were also provided. An eye for small details:-) Thank you!
