It is on the second floor of a house with no elevator. The place is equipped with wifi and smart TV. Studio furnished with care and attention to detail. Interior architect by (Sirio Ottone De Lozzi). Comfortable and perfect environment for a couple! French sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) We are three km from the sea with a beautiful beach, both free and equipped, and 1 km from the lake with its Theater and the house museum of Maestro Giacomo Puccini. Its splendid Belvedere that laps the waters of the lake with its ducks and herons among the reeds, where the gaze reaches Massarosa.

The apartment met all our expectations and was ideal for our stay. It was very clean and maintained. Sandra and Guido are extremely friendly and helpful hosts – we felt completely comfortable. Especially practical: Although the apartment is on the first floor, it is barrier-free thanks to a ramp – ideal for strollers or wheelchairs. We would come back anytime!

Everything is perfect! Cozy house with everything you need. A nice walk in the pine forest and you're at the sea! Very kind host who also gives directions in case they were needed. Thank you, I hope to come back for a few more days next time.

The accommodation was exactly as described and close to the beach. There were two bicycles available, which took you to the beach and the city in a few minutes. Giacomo was also very nice and communication was clear and easy.
