Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cinisi

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Alessandro's place was amazing! He was a brilliant, responsive host who was attentive and caring. He was very flexible, even with our check-in that was later than expected due to a delayed flight, and gave us a tour of the home as soon as we arrived. He also gave us lots of recommendations and an overview of the local area before we arrived. Not only was he attentive, but he also gave us lots of advice - he even went out of his way by giving us a lift to a car rental place completely free of charge. The check out process was extremely relaxed, and there was brilliant communication. Overall, the host Alessandro was lovely, going above and beyond, as well as the villa being absolutely beautiful. There was a gate which allowed us to put our car there safely, there was cooking facilities, an outdoor space which was so lovely to spend time in, as well as a washing machine available. The outdoor shower was also a great bonus, which we loved using! I would definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, gut gesichert und sauber und die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und jederzeit hilfreich. :) Wer keinen Mietwagen hat muss zirka 30 Minuten laufen bis zur Bahn. Dafür ist die Lage ruhig.

Perfekter Ort um mitten in Palermo zu leben! Man erreicht alles zu Fuß und man ist direkt mitten im Leben von Palermo! Sven war schnell zu erreichen und super freundlich! Für einen Stadtaufenthalt perfekt!

La maison de Fransesco est très grande et parfaite pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Elle ressemble aux photos et est très propre avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La situation géographique permet de pouvoir visiter la cote Ouest et Sud Ouest où il y a beaucoup de choses à y voir (les iles Egades, Selinunte, Palerme...) et en plus très près de l'aéroport (25mn) mais sans les nuisances. Fransesco est une personne riche de bons conseils, très sympathique, agréable, bienveillante et soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait sa rencontre. Bienvenue en Sicile !

A great place to stay. In easy walking distance to the centre with lots of great restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home feel. Super comfy beds, good AC, super fast internet and a lovely terrace on the top floor and a small balcony to the main bedroom. Tastefully decorated, with added touches from a great host. The host Serena was very proactive and she offered great suggestions of places to eat. A small supermarket is 1 minutes walk away, as was a great little bakery. The large supermarket was a 5 minutes drive. Ample parking on the street right outside of the apartment, in a quiet area surrounded by local people. I can highly recommend this Airbnb.

Paola’s place was wonderful. We felt safe and secure within the building and the surrounding area. Centrally located to everything in the center of Palermo. The rooftop was simply amazing. We used it in the mornings, afternoon and evenings. The apartment is filled with natural light and views. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were of good quality and there was plenty of storage space. Piazza Belini had a lot to offer. 3 churches, the church bakery and music most nights. I highly recommend it. The best rooftop terrace in Palermo. Thank you Paola.

The place is wonderful and spacious with a beautiful city view. It’s in a quiet area and short walk to the main strip. There is a tucked away square just 2 min walk with amazing restaurants and bars Highly recommend this place! Renata was so lovely and checked in to make sure everything was okay

Michele and Rosi are absolute model hosts. Words can’t describe how much effort they put into their guests. The constant care and availability truly made our holiday that much more special. They give you access to everything at your fingertips whether that be directions to the beach, restaurant recommendations and so much more. If you plan on coming to Mondello for a holiday I would definitely recommend staying with them for a perfect holiday. They picked us up from the airport gave us a tour of modello and drove us back to the airport when it was time to leave. Overall like previously stated me and my partner couldn’t recommend it enough. Michele and Rosi truly made our time special and we can’t thank them enough we are very grateful and will continue to stay in close contact.

This is a beautiful Airbnb, especially with young children. We travelled with our kids (aged 1 and 4), and Valeria had everything we needed. The terraces were so beautiful as well and a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine after the kids had gone to bed. And the location was fantastic, very easy to walk around and enjoy the city. Stay here!

Loved our stay in Palermo and felt right at home! Such a welcoming start to our trip with homemade treats and a bottle of wine. The elevator made it easy to bring up luggage too. Paola was such a friendly and responsive host. Def. recommend to stay here. 10/10!!

It was truly a privilege to stay at Lucia's custom built flat. It has the perfect blend of rich history and morden amenities. The view from the rooftop patio was out of this world and the flat was so close to all the major sites and yet completely isolated from street noise for a good rest. If you are lucky enough to find her listing available, you need to book it now! We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience in Palermo!

Giovanni was a fantastic host. He accommodated our needs for checkin. The view from the rooms was beautiful and even more beautiful from the outside terrace and rooftop deck it was walkable to so many great restaurants and all that we wanted to see in Palermo. He gave great recommendations and was very responsive if we had questions. The air conditioning worked great and the basket of goodies and water were such a welcome treat to get us started so that we didn’t have to get things after our long flight. Hope we will be back!

I’m so glad we got the chance to stay here! It was perfect for our family of three. Loved the fresco and balcony. The location is great. I wished we were here for longer.

Matteo met us from our taxi and carried our cases upstairs. He explained how to work the appliances and gave us some good recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Also a bottle of fizz in the fridge! He checked up on us during our stay to make sure all was well and organised transport to the airport on our departure. The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

The place is superbly located, in the heart of downtown Palermo, at one end of the Mercato del Capo. Walking distance to all the major attractions of the city. Massimiliano is a great host - super friendly, detail oriented, very helpful: he met us at the parking spot where we left our car (due to the street closing of the Mercato you cannot drive there and have to walk a couple of blocks to get to the place) and helped us with our luggage to his place. As we walked he told us about the city, and when we reached his place he walked us through a map with the major highlights of the city and his personal favorite restaurants and bars. His place is cozy, super clean and decorated very tastefully. It has all you need, but we did not cook at all since the area (and the city as a whole!) is beaming with places to have a cocktail, eat and snack. I would totally recommend the place, with the advice if you have some kind of disability that you have to climb three stories of steps to reach it

Wir hatten mit unseren 6 Monat alten Baby eine tolle Zeit in Fabios Wohnung. Fabio war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wirklich schön. Es war alles super gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.
