Beautiful property. From the gardens and pool to the outdoor kitchen, it felt like your own private oasis. We wished we had more time and could have stayed another week.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

Magnificent. Awesome. Amazing... How else can we describe the most beautiful pool garden we've ever encountered in many, many Airbnb accommodations? You'll love the views, sounds and smells of nature all around the house. Great showers, good beds, nice surroundings, very friendly welcome, easy communication, handy tips and good base for day trips to Palermo and Mondello Beach or Cefalù. If you're reading this review, know that you have just found the ultimate spot in North West Sicily, so don't hesitate to book it. You will not regret it. You'll get a fun, short, bumpy ride from the gate to the house to reach this wonderful house. We wanted to stay forever.

We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to come back! The hosts are just the best and amazing. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! The pool, the garden, take it all in! The host also sent us recommendations as we wanted to check out locations that locals would recommend. The host even went step further in securing us a ride into town when we needed it as we could not secure a taxi at the last minute. This level of helpfulness is really thoughtful and we could not have appreciated it more!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We already miss the villa!

Beautiful stay at Ilenia & Elio's Villa! Everything was perfect (friendly and very responsive landlord), exceptional site among lemon and olive trees, small cove accessible on foot in 10 minutes, shops 5 minutes by car (CONAD supermarket that I recommend), in short, a dream stay. We'll be back soon at Ilenia & Elio's!

We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

Its a cozy place to relax and enjoy. it is highly recommenden to have a car otherwise you cant reach anything closed by. The description and pictures are as shown. We loved it and would book it defenitly again

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

This home is the perfect spot to stay on the west side of Sicily, and Max is a wonderful host! Two bedrooms with a full kitchen, dining table, and private outdoor space…within walking distance of the sea, near Palermo city center, Mondello Beach, and plenty of other notable destinations - what more could you want? We loved coming home to this house after long days of exploring. On Wednesdays there’s a market on the block, where we’d always get the sweetest freshest strawberries we’ve ever had. The restaurants by the sea have some of the best seafood you’ll eat in Sicily. And there’s a long boardwalk nearby that’s perfect for a post-espresso morning walk. Max did a great job making sure this home is comfortable, and he was helpful and welcoming for the entire month-long stay. We’re grateful for the opportunity to stay in this charming home in Sferracavallo. Thank you again Max!

The place was as described, well secured and clean and the hosts were always available and helpful at all times. :) If you don't have a rental car, you have to walk about 30 minutes to the train. The location is quiet.

The stay was very pleasant and highly recommend. We had everything we needed there. He was so kind to provide things like coffee, Nutella, etc. Armando was very kind. We had our privacy and were able to enjoy the holiday very much. Thank you and wish you all the best .

Great location, very close to the center of Palermo. The apartment is well equipped, very clean & as shown in the pictures. Massimo replied very quickly and gave good instructions 👍🏻 we would definitely recommend this airbnb and come back again 😊

A unique experience staying here in the igloos. Very serene and great views!! The shower was quite small but did the trick. The kitchen in your room had everything you needed to be self sufficient.

We had a great week in this lovely holiday home in Sicily! The host was extremely welcoming, helpful, and always available when we had any questions. The house was clean, spacious and fully equipped – exactly as described. There are even games and toys in the children's room. We were especially enchanted by the terrace with a beautiful view – the perfect place for morning coffee and evening dinners. The villa also has a very large garden, which is a great place for children to play, but also to relax for adults among palm trees and beautiful plants. The villa also has a private parking lot that comfortably accommodates two cars. The location is great – 15 minutes from Palermo airport, quiet neighborhood, but at the same time close to the beach, shops and tourist attractions. This place is a real gem, and we'd love to come back next time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic atmosphere of Sicily! Thank you! :)

This villa was exactly how we had envisioned. We fell in love with everything! The view, beach, terrasse and Scopello (little town 20 min. walk) was a great surprise. End June we found a soft partyvibe in Scopello with winetasting from the area and a band. Amazing restaurants and few tourists. We will be back Nathalie😍

We had a great time at Leandro's place - the location was perfect for a weekend trip. We really enjoyed our aperitivo time at the large terrace.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Superb appartment with fantastic roof terrace with amazing view of the bay. Good architectural design with glass look through from the bedroom. Good quality furniture and big tv with netflix. You absolutely need a car there to get around because in the close vicinity there is not much to do
