Giuliano is a great host! Responds quickly, proactively and thinks along with a lot of tips. The apartment is very new, very spacious and clean. The city center is within walking distance, 15 minutes, so centrally located but not in the middle of the crowds. It's great to have a drink on the balcony in the evening and look out over the sea.

We wish we had been able to stay longer! The flat was absolutely beautiful and Marco was a very responsive host. We took Marcos recommendation for dinner and had a great last meal in Sicily

The ordered transfer was punctual and safe. Despite the high temperatures outside, the temperature in the apartment was very pleasant. The equipment of the apartment fully met our expectations, consistent with the description, fully functional. Loredana and Sophie are extremely helpful, very hospitable, they are model hosts. The girls quickly, effectively, with a beautiful smile on their face, are able to find a fully satisfactory way out of a difficult situation. We highly recommend you and send our regards. :*:*:*

Magnificent in everything! Great taste in decor. Very central location, two lovely terraces. The staircase is a bit challenging to climb, but like all beautiful things, you have to work hard to reach them. Thank you Valentina for sharing your nest in the center of Palermo!

Beautiful apartment perfectly equipped, ideally located 5 minutes from the historic heart of Palermo. Rosa is very responsive. Great stay!

The nicest Airbnb my family has stayed in. Spacious, clean, great location & the main balcony, wow! You can even open the shower window for a mountain view. :-) You won’t find friendlier more communicative hosts than Federico, Lucia & Viviana.

Had a bit of a hard time finding at first, but once we did it was a beautiful stay. The garden is huge and there are adorable cats always around. The room was just as described and the location was great. Only thing I would suggest for the check-in process is a photo of the large wooden gate outside to make sure you’re in the right place. Right in the historic center but on a small quiet side street not really accessible by most cars. We really enjoyed our time here.

We had an excellent holidays, 5 minutes from the beach by car with beautiful, crystal-clear beaches, a quiet place full of wonderful people, clean and very well equipped. We will return. Tks for everything and your kindness

I cannot recommend this property enough. In over ten years staying in Airbnbs across Europe, this was easily the best. But more importantly, the host… Nico was absolutely amazing! He is an extremely attentive, courteous and knowledgable host. Throughout my time in the apartment, Nico was truly invested in making my holiday as perfect as it could be. Nico is obviously very proud of his apartment and quite rightly so. It’s fantastic, it has everything that you’ll need - including an amazing ‘mist shower’- and let’s not forget it’s in a perfect location. Location-wise, everything I wanted to see was totally walkable - most sights and good restaurants are between five to fifteen minutes walk away. But if you prefer to cook, the fantastic food markets are easily reachable, the kitchen in the apartment has more than everything that you will need. I guarantee you will not go wrong with staying in this apartment. It will be like a home away from home. Thank you Nico for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful view of Mondello. The apartment is very nice and the terrace offers guaranteed moments of relaxation. Beach and restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes). Andréa was responsive and attentive to our requests.

Enrico was super nice and welcoming host, provided clear instructions on check in/check out. It was easy to find the apartment (10 mins walk from Palermo Lolli station, closest on the way from the airport). Apartment looks exactly the way it’s advertised, stylish and had everything necessary for a short stay. We were going to the city a couple of times a day, around 15 mins walk through the authentic Palermo neighbourhood. Overall, had great experience and are pleased to recommend this apartment ☺️

We had a really nice stay, Salvatore was so kind to us! He even picked us up from the bus station in the pouring rain with an umbrella and was very flexible about last minute changes. The apartment is very Beautiful!

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. It was nice waking up to a view of the sea and walking into town. The city center was only about a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The apartment was a bit hard for us to find at first but Marina was super communicative and even sent a picture of the front door and stood outside for us to find it. Grazie mille!

The accommodation was pleasant, clean and nicely equipped. Restaurants and cafes are really close and the location outside the most common tourist areas suited us. Someone with a weaker sleep might be bothered by the regularly ringing loud church bell, it didn't ruin our sleep :)

Five Stars! This apartment in Palermo was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The stunning water views made every morning feel like a postcard. The host’s pick-up and drop-off service to the airport was seamless—punctual, professional, and incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laura, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She shared great restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. She made it clear we could reach out anytime for help. We highly recommend this apartment and all the services provided by the host. Grazie mille, and bravo!

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

We had a wonderful night in this fantastic room, equipped with a hydro-massage bathtub, kitchenette and bathroom, kept in a clean and tidy way. Francesca was very friendly and always responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

we had a lovely stay. everything was perfect apart from the smell of humidity quite strong that can't leave despite the means tried by the host because lack of natural ventilation and air current possible. I think the hot tub is useless and adds even more humidity but that's only our opinion. and the mattress can be too soft but for a few nights, it's not a big problem. we loved the location, the ease, the exchanges and the availability of MAuro compared to our requests. thank you again! we had a great stay

We had a wonderful stay and the host was so helpful! This is a perfect location to explore all the best things Palermo has to offer. Everything is a short walk away and so close to the train!

Very charming and large renovated apartment with high ceilings and large French doors opening on to Juliet balconies just steps from via Maqueda and Vucciria. Big, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Perfect spot for a stay in Palermo. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
