We had a wonderful time with Zehra Hanım and Serdar Bey. The hosts were warm and hospitable. The apartment matched the pictures – quiet, cozy and welcoming. The location away from city life was perfect for relaxing in nature. Even in winter, we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views from the warm apartment. The sound of the sea, the fresh air and the loving encounters, where we were given the city flower Nergis, made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

A special place in a small, quiet village. So cozy, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Every detail has been thought of. This place has soul. Sasha, Pofuduk, and the other dogs are loyal, well-behaved companions. Erkan’s olive oil is fantastic—we had a wonderful time.

We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. Mr. Ihsan was also very interested. Thanks for everything, hope to see you again:):)

The compound where the house is located is perfect. Especially the balcony view overlooks the site pool and landscaping. I would also like to thank Mr. Engin for his interest and quick responses. I will definitely choose this location again during my visit to Alaçatı.

We would like to thank Mr. Ozan and his very sweet wife for this wonderful stay. First of all, the house was very clean. It was the cleanest house I rented from Airbnb. I think the customer is valued when the house is clean. We were very comfortable in the house, everything was considered. The garden is very cute , the air is very clean, close to the market,restaurants and the most beautiful is close to the sea. I recommend it for everything. Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... We sincerely encourage Mr. Vahap and his wife, Ms. Ayfer, for their service to us and our dog, it is a place worth seeing with the garden of the place, we definitely recommend it! We recommend it so much that the municipality staff should take a vacation here, do it and learn how to arrange the garden environment, this should be the right to give the job, it has a status that has peaked on our list so far! Balıklıova is definitely a location worth seeing, the nature of the air and the sea will fascinate you, the only problem is the infrastructure, as it is in our geographically Aegean cities, unfortunately the municipality is a fiasco!!!

Very good stay because the accommodation is nice and warm. The rooftop terrace allows you to enjoy splendid views. The wifi problems were handled and the owner was responsive.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

I recommend a very nice place to stay. Hilmi was helpful and answered me on every issue. If I come again, this is where I will stay.
