Excellent from every aspect. Very helpful hosts, very nice apartment and room. Central location in Konak. Easy to get to from airport or otogar. Walking djstance to beach and many other tourist areas. I highly recommend for visitors to Izmir.

Generally, it was clean, but especially the sheets and pillows were spotless. The pool and jacuzzi were the same. There were facilities written in the Netherlands. We preferred this place for a hot pool, the size and temperature were ideal, we enjoyed it both day and night. We would like to come back when the weather cools down. We also loved the planning of the houses and gardens, for example, while you lighting your barbecue in the side garden, the pool is not negatively affected by such things as smoke, ash, etc. I think the only negative was the wooden floor of the upper floor and the wooden stairs, it made a lot of noise when walking, but it is a natural situation in this style of architecture. (there is air conditioning, but the loft may be hot in the summer, it's useful to ask) Thanks

The apartment was brand new and beautifully decorated. We had the honours to be the first guests. We loved the old style of the house mixed with all new comfortable furniture. Very clean and a lots of great features like a washing machine and Android TV. Murat was a friendly host who always responded very quickly. Also, the bed was the most comfortable of all of our stays in Turkey! We would 100% recommend this place in Izmir!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

the house is exactly as it looks, it is very beautiful, spacious and very pleasant. First of all, Ms. Gizem is very caring and polite, she communicated very well from the beginning to the end. This is a big plus, the garden and patio of the house are very pleasant, the patio gets sun all day and you can have a very pleasant time, we loved it. You may need to bring basic supplies with you only for long-term stays, but I'm sure it will not leave it in return when you request the missing items from the host, there was no problem as we stayed for a short time. Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.
