It was a stay that met expectations, consistent with photos and descriptions that we didn't have any surprises. Mr. Nihat was a warm and responsive host.

Uğur and Aytekin were great and very friendly hosts. On request, they even allowed us to have a small party in the apartment. Although in the end a few more guests than planned came, they were not angry with us. They were also always easily accessible for questions or problems. The apartment was nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend it.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It is a great location, very close to the water and restaurants, as well as provides a good home base to explore other cities and sights. Metin was very responsive and very helpful. We got in about 2am to check in and he helped us out. We highly recommend his place.

We had an excellent welcome, Ertan's mom is a very beautiful person, she welcomed us with great kindness and she informed us very well. The accommodation is really great and very pleasant to stay in. Thank you so much and if we go back to Izmir, we'll go back to Ertan's. 😊👍

It was a safe apartment in a central location. I had a clean accommodation within walking distance to the sea and central locations.

Great to have 3 bedrooms in a Central location. The small 2 person balcony is a nice touch. Everything is in order and as you would expect.

The tiny house we stayed in was also more beautiful than the photos. The surroundings of the house and the interior of the house were peaceful. Everything was very clean. it was very nice, I was very satisfied, you take the key from the door, you use it like your own house, the host was also interested, he could be reached whenever he wanted, and he met everything he wanted, but you can be afraid of entering the house late at night because we were passing through a lot of alleyways, but despite that, it was a very nice stay, I was satisfied, thank you very much to the host

a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

The house felt like our own home with its colors and layout. Ms. Serap, who contacted us, always acted like a very loving and friendly sister. Since my own house is very small, I was looking for a place for my daughter's engagement ceremony around Izmir. I wanted to use this house in my organization because it smells like history. However, I was very hesitant that they would allow us to hold such a ceremony. I conveyed a message in which I expressed myself, and I think Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Ahu were as excited about this idea as I was. I wanted to see the house before my reservation, I had doubts about whether it would be suitable for the organization. They helped me with that, too, I would have visited the house before and relieved my worries. The house was just like the photos. Mr. Mehmet was helpful and friendly, he immediately offered solutions to any problems we had, and in the course of time, he added to our happiness with his historical home experiences. We are very grateful to the hosts in this regard. The location was great, everywhere was clean and perfect, if you are traveling to Izmir, I think you should leave a few experiences in this house...

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. Great neighborhood, quiet, there were markets nearby. All tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no trouble finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.
