Enjoy this romantic place in the lap of nature with the view of Chios island and a unique sunset. The location of the house is 7 km (8 min) from Cesme center, 13 km (15 min) from Alacatı centre, 6 km (10 min) from Delikli Bay, 4.9 km (8 min) from Cleopatra Bay, Before Sunset Beach Club, Boheme Beach and Ovacık Azmak Public Beach 900 meter. You can come to Tiny House with your own private vehicle or taxi. There is no public transportation. You should do your kitchen shopping before arriving.

Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance.

Our historical house is located at the end of the popular street of Alaçatı Village. House continues it's 100-year history up to the present while preserving its original style and details. The ground floor has a lower ceiling than the upper floor. House is in the centre of Alaçatı. Guests have easily access to the village. Surfing area is only 3 kms far from the house. Can be visited by a bicycle or by a car. Ilıca Beach which has blue flag is also 3 kms far from the house.
