It is an old renovated fishermen's house, with all the comforts and wifi. It has two floors and a terrace overlooking Alicante, the castle and the sea. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
