Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chula Vista

Anna was a phenomenal host for my short stay in San Diego. She was very responsive and kind! Her home was nice and quaint with all the items of everything you may have at home (iron, kitchenware, toiletries etc.) I would definitely stay again when I come back to visit San Diego!

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

This is a very nice, clean and well appointed apartment which opens into a green and peaceful courtyard. Best of all for me, it has a one car garage with remote! Its really convenient to pull into the garage late at night instead of trying to find street parking. The bay is a bit narrow so you do have to rent a smaller vehicle - I had a 4 door Nissan Versa. The area is mostly residential with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and responsive. When the TV remote stopped working, he showed up to change batteries and when that did not work, he ordered a new remote which arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Tamaras listing was exactly like her pictures for a first timer In san diego the location was so beautiful and peaceful right off the beach exactly what I needed for a mini vacation I loved that it had its own little cozy balcony, and rooftop grill/ fire pit overlooking the view of imperial Beach there was so much to do in walking distance you couldn't beat the price for this place would definitely recommend and the host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions we had no matter the time if day thank you for making my stay worth it !

I highly recommend Jessica’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a lengthy stay, and nicer and bigger than the photos. Great view of downtown, little Italy and the water from the huge patio that had ample seating. Jessica was a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host. The elevator has access directly into the suite which made going in and out very convenient. The area felt very safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. While it was close to the airport and had airplanes flying by, the noise was minimal and not at all a problem at night. My only suggestion for guests is to bring sleep masks if you plan on sleeping on the bunk beds as that area does not have dark/black out blinds and is bright in the morning. All in all a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Loved staying at Lauren’s place. Upon entry, the space leading up to the apts front door was tighter than we expected - it was one unit of a few in a tight backyard. That said, the inside looked exactly as photos, spotlessly clean, the location was great, and it felt private. Lauren was very responsive and friendly, sharing local restaurant recommendation if desired. I would stay here again as it gave us a quiet homebase to relax with easy access to great food as we explored San Diego.

This was hands down our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at in San Diego. It was spacious and cozy, clean and secure, cool (They have AC :)) and quaint. It had loads of updated kitchen amenities including a sizable refrigerator, which is hard to find when traveling. The apartment kitchen was honestly amazing. The location is walkable to coffee shops and restaurants in La Mesa. We enjoyed Pink Rose Cafe and Farmer’s Table. There is a wrap around porch which we enjoyed during some of our meal times as well as for setting out our beach items in between trips. This place was the best combination of original charm found in the hardwood floors and crystal door knob alongside modern amenities like the amount of outlets thankfully everywhere we looked. And, I cannot forget to share how comfortable the beds were! Next time we travel back to see family in San Diego we will definitely be coming back here again.

Great place to stay in Southpark! Clean and quiet.

Stayed here with a group of friends and had an awesome time. The house was very cozy and had a modern feel with all the amenities it had to offer. The outdoor area was the real standout — the pool and patio setup were perfect for hanging out during the day and also at night. We had dinner outside one night and the solar lights switched on right as the sun went down, which made for a really serene ambiance as we kicked back by the fire pit. Would definitely come back!

Celebrated my sister’s 30th birthday here and we all had such a blast! The host was so kind and receptive the whole time. The place is incredibly cute and comfy! The pool and grill were the biggest highlights of the weekend. We will definitely book this place again!

The host provided excellent communication, making the stay enjoyable. However, the neighbors were quite noisy every night, which was beyond the host’s control. Despite this minor inconvenience, it was still a great place to stay.

This is the second time my husband and I stay at Erik’s place with our Yorkie. We really enjoyed our time and had everything we needed during our stay. Erik’s place is comfortable, has both a driveway parking space and garage, and everything we could need in the kitchen space. We were also minutes away from anything we needed and had some great food options nearby. We would gladly stay at Erik’s place again in the future. He is very responsive and friendly.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The cottage is elegantly but comfortable decorated, linens high quality, kitchen well equipped, bathroom well designed with plenty of counter space for a small room. A heated toilet seat and bidet were appreciated! The entire property is beautifully landscaped and the little garden in back is serene. The overall design and layout are like something out of Architectural Digest. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

We were in town for one night for my daughter's college graduation. The house accomodated 11 of us comfortably. Three bathrooms was great for our group. The patio looked very inviting and I wish I had time to cook in the aesthetically pleasing kitchen. Our short stay didn’t allow us to enjoy many of the amenities but this is a wonderful place to stay with a large group.

We immensely enjoyed this home. It was so clean and comfortable and easily fit our big party. Everything about our stay was perfect. Our host was the most responsive host I’ve ever stayed with. When we had a small hiccup, Serafima responded and helped us resolve it within 5 minutes. I would stay here again and again when I visit San Diego. The location is also perfect. So easy to hop on the highway and easily get anywhere around San Diego. The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was so nice. Don’t pass this home by!

I booked the flat as an alternative to a hotel for a business trip to San Diego. My expectations were surpassed. Felt right at home so the business stay didn't feel like a trip away from home at all.

The place was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect for our trip and everything was as pictured. Would definitely book with Nick again.

This place was absolutely perfect for what my wife and I needed. Perfect distance from downtown San Diego to get a city feel, but also far enough to not be super loud and busy all the time. Tony was a great host and was very responsive when we needed anything.

This home is beautiful! Hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs that I've stayed at. The location is everything! If you're into breweries do yourself a favor and walk down the street to Hess brewery. We went twice during our stay. There was a general consensus that the beds are not comfy but it would not deter me from staying again, everything else more than made up for that!

Great location, very clean ,had everything I needed to cook my meals and lots of extras I appreciated as well.i felt very safe and secure location great parking i had a huge car and no problem parking in garage its a large 4 door Jaguar as big as an suv no proble for me . enjoyed my stay very much will be back for sure .

Location was perfect! It could get a little noisy with planes overhead but that died down around bed time so not a huge deal. Overall a great experience
