Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Christchurch City

Such an amazing spot, and the view from the shower is stunning! Parking does require a bit of maneuvering, but the house is comfy and really well set up. We loved it

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home with lots of space and amenities. Nice neighborhood to explore by walking with some good restaurants and pubs nearby. We were two couples traveling with our (small) dog and it worked well for us.

Really enjoyed our stay at the air BnB. Was touched by the thoughtful gestures of the hosts, they had left fererro chocolates for us by the bed sides. They were great at communicating and the location of the air BnB was close to where we needed to go. Thank you.

Everything was mostly as described in the description. I would suggest that you specify the stairs to the bedrooms and how many there is. Having no bathroom on the main floor was a bit troublesome for someone with walking issues.

Booked this for my dad and husband attending an event nearby. They really enjoyed the space, it was great value and really centrally located. Host was very helpful and friendly throughout, appreciate the proactiveness in her messages on check in day. 10/10

Beautiful views, peaceful space.

Our family of four stayed for two weeks. Home away from home. We were very comfortable staying at Dane’s Airbnb. Felt safe in gated complex. Carpark included. Friendly and respectful neighbours. Children played in common areas together. Great location for our needs. Food places within walking distance. Extremely responsive host. Clean and tidy unit. Would happily stay here again on our next visit to Christchuch. Thanks for having us.

Tom was a great host, very easy to communicate with, the house was nice and clean and warm, and in a great location. The welcome folder was very handy, with great recommendations and instructions. I would highly recommend, especially if travelling with a pet.

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot in a very tranquil setting. The suite was perfect; lots of room, private and it had everything we needed and more. Without a car I wasn’t sure how easy this place would be to access but it was a short walk (uphill) from the bus stop. Loved our stay and how friendly, accommodating and helpful Jen was.

This place is 5 star! The house is very comfortable with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and is fully equiped - down to coffee pods for the coffee machine. Reverse cycle A/C (aka 'heat pump') means that the house was easily kept comfortably warm. Wood and kindling are provided for the fireplace. Off street parking is secure (behind an automatic gate). We didn't use the barbeque, the outdoor dining area, spa pool, gym equipment in the garage, or the skateboard ramp.

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

Great place to crash overnight on our way south. Helpful and responsive hosts. Comfy beds and clean space.

Emma’s house is spacious and has a good layout which is very suitable for larger groups and is well equipped. There is no central heating, only a heater in the main living area as it is a passive house. We visited in early autumn so we only felt quite cold on one of the nights but fortunately there are bed heating pads which helped alot.

Absolutely beautiful stay for myself and my bridal party. It was everything I hoped for. Natalie is absolutely amazing!! Thank you again and I will be back for sure x

Really spacious and relaxing space. Great accommodations. Loved the walkability to the Market, great restaurants and the park. We had gorgeous weather for our stay and the townhouse was the perfect spot to start our adventure on South Island. Note to future guests: Door auto-locks so don’t mess with the latch on it. Parking isn’t included but public car park is close or on the street.

Fantastic place to stay, lovely and clean loved that we could bring our little dog. Great to have a garage to store our gear. Liked that the host messaged to make sure we were happy and to enjoy our stay. Thanks James

This is a great place in the city for a very fair price! We were so comfortable and the space was bright, funky and so clean! Lexia was very flexible with our dates and we are very grateful… we would definitely stay again!

Place was great. Very nice location and is exactly like the photos. While we didn’t need anything from Ajeet while staying there, he was very proactive in sending us information and did let us know he was available to answer any questions. Only minor thing was the floors not vacuumed super well (minor dirt/pet hair), definitely not a big deal but would’ve been nice if their was a vacuum supplied to help with my girlfriends allergies. Would definitely recommend, well worth the price and is a super easy walk to the pier/beach and hot pools as well as grocery store.

Very modern, clean tidy central city apartment. Bed especially comfortable, nice yard and deck, private off street parking.

Anna’s home was nicely located with beautiful nature, highly rated restaurants and easy access to the Somner beach. What I really liked was that the house was wonderfully equipped with every single thing you would need at your own home. This is a perfect place for anyone considering long stays.
