Very nice place, feel very warm place.

Logan’s AirBnb was literally the perfect stay for my short stay in Christchurch. It’s new, clean, spacious and very modern. He was a phenomenal host and allowed me to leave my luggage on the last day for a long period so I could tour the city until my late flight. The location is within a short walk to all central sites. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was even more lovely than it looked in the photos, it was in a prime location and so clean and comfy. We loved the quirky little touches with the art, the instructions were clear, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The plant were amazing, and the view was so good! It made our wedding week so special and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Centrally located, very comfortable studio apartment with fresh decor and all amenities as listed. Great view of Margaret Mahi playground. Easy walk to key city locations. Enjoyed on-site car park and lift for easy access to 3rd floor. Considerate host ensured apartment was cosy warm on arrival, responded immediately to question about car park and pro-actively offered late check out. Entry off Armagh Street confused me for a bit but easily sorted. A wonderful stay.

We had a lovely time at Lynette & Ken’s house. We had all the privacy one could want and Lynette & Ken were quick with their communications and really helpful. They are lovely helpful people who made a real effort to connect if we reached out. The bed was SO comfortable, with nice sheets and good pillows. The bathroom is top spec, better than 5 star motels in the quality of materials. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV was easy to use. We appreciated all the local area recommendations. Fantastic generous hosts, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Lynette and Ken!

Lovely location, perched on the edge of the lake. Great view of the lake and the mountains. Nice and clean. Almost new. Just a bit smaller than we imagined! When we requested for a pan to make omelettes etc, Maggie was quick to respond and got us one the very next day. Adding a few more little things to the kitchen (like a wine opener!) will make the place even better. I am sure they will!

Great location—close to shopping, restaurants, and local sights. The apartment is spacious, with bedrooms and separate bathrooms on either side of the open living room and kitchen area, offering plenty of privacy. Tea and instant coffee were a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the large balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise and taking in the distant views.

This apartment was in a terrific location for exploring Christchurch. It was easy walking distance to all of the downtown area. I liked that it was right next to the river so I could walk along it on the first part of my journey to most of the places I wanted to go. The botanical gardens are quite nearby and are a very relaxing place for a stroll in the afternoon. The apartment was nicely decorated and neat, with everything I needed for a 10-day stay. It was great to have a parking space downstairs. This spot is highly recommended and I hope to stay here again when I come back to Christchurch for work trips.

Fantastic location for inner city and walkable to everything. Across the road from Isaac Theatre Royal for concerts. Convenience and bottle store down below plus the city tram. Would definitely stay again.

Located within a short walk to great coffee, bar and restaurant precinct in central Christchurch. Very clean and comfortable and all the necessities needed to make your stay easy. Situated on a (sometimes) busy intersection, there is some traffic noise to consider and the local Fire station will add some extra ‘entertainment’. Great hosts.

The location was wonderful, the Carebnb staff very helpful and friendly. The apartment very comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location if you want to walk to stores or restaurant instead of driving. House was better than expected in terms of design and vintage look. Checking in is hard initially but I would ask for instructions beforehand and then park at the front of the Heritage if you’re coming by car, then drop the bags and park the car. Parking is very tightly spaced so be aware if you’re coming with a van. On the left side of the main entrance, there is street parking and a parking garage that you can pay for.

Absolutely beautiful place with the most spectacular views. We really enjoyed being able to relax in the nice warm spa overlooking the scenery with a glass of shampaz.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Christchurch and much of that was because of the great central location of the apartment. Easy to walk everywhere and had everything we needed. Accessible parking was really helpful too.

Pete and Tricia have made their facilities welcoming and user friendly. Great communication through out the process. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect for our visit to Christchurch. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.
