Quiet apartment near the sea

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the beautiful beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. There is a huge terrace immersed in greenery with a bbq at your disposal. Cool Flat, in cool Votsi Village, near wild beach

Cool appartement dans le très tranquille village de Votsi, avec terrasse et vue sur mer. A quelques à pied d'une splendide plage sauvage (Spartines). L'appartement comporte 2 chambres, un salon, une salle de bain et une cuisine ainsi que sa terrasse avec vue sur mer. Un cadre idéal pour passer des instants paisible entre amis ou en famille. A great summer stay at Villa Mari, a simple sailor house well arranged, with a beautiful small garden and most importantly a wonderful terrace just on the seashore to enjoy as you wish the sunrise or the sunset! Enjoying such a lovely place, having a sea swim early in the morning or late in the evening is real luxury! Kapitan Vangelis and Maria, with the assistance of Sonia, are wonderful owners!! A real pleasure, and good memories for our family!

Great views and spotless house. We were helped by the information they gave us, both about the location and the island. The place needs a means of transportation because it is in between the port and the old town, about 5 minutes away from each one. The house is on the street so when vehicles were passing by, but not to an annoying degree. Finally, people were very cooperative and always responded to messages. A beautiful house on a beautiful island.

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Beautiful quiet accommodation with sea views, there is another apartment next door but that's not a problem! Fun cats play with you! The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is spacious. You need a car, we rented a quad which is perfect! The very helpful renter picked us up at the port, advised us to get a quad and brought the suitcases to the accommodation! GREAT QUIET PLACE
