Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

We are Lydia and Lionel, our cottage is nestled 2 steps from the Loire in the heart of Anjou between the tuffeau houses of Saumurois, the slates of Trélazé, the vineyards of the Layon hillsides, the castles of the Loire, the beautiful bike and hiking trails along the Loire as well as canoeing on the Loire. A "tasting" walk on a Gabarre... An exceptional moment on the Loire... Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space completely renovated with local materials.

Accommodation in a peaceful setting, ideally located 5 min. by car from Puy du Fou and close to the village of Epesses. Capacity 6 people maximum thanks to its two bedrooms with double bed and the sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful outside area with terrace. Private parking next to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided but can be rented for 10 euros per person (1 pair of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Wifi connection. Pets not allowed.
