Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Choctawhatchee Bay

LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

Highly recommend this property. It is a unique combination of lake right outside the back door and ocean literally a couple minutes walk. The property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants are just minutes from the property. Eddie goes out of his way to provide help with anything. We grilled on the deck, and went in the lake and ocean. This place is a real gem. Thank you Eddie, our family had a great time.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

We had a wonderful vacation in Florida and were lucky to stay at this beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully everything was arranged—down to the smallest details. It truly felt like a five-star hotel: spotless white towels, beautifully folded and plenty of them, including beach towels. The interior design of the house deserves the highest praise—the designer really did an amazing job. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and even a variety of spices, which made cooking a pleasure. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The location was perfect—just about 20 minutes by car to Crab Island, and the view from the place was absolutely beautiful. It looked slightly different from the photos, and honestly, the pictures made it look even better than it actually was. The shared pool and gas grill were a nice bonus, though it would’ve been even better if the second-floor soundproofing was a bit stronger. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. This was a lovely place to enjoy our vacation—calm, cozy, and full of good vibes. Would definitely recommend!

I could have sat on that balcony watching the waves an occasional ship and the dolphins for days! So relaxing and it was affordable for us. We don't get to do this kind of thing much and to have this place available at a price we could afford was just heaven!

We enjoyed our stay at surf bunny 🐇 Alma and Michael were gracious hosts, super responsive and friendly. The place is furnished with care and thoughtfulness to help guests feel right at home. A short walk to the beautiful white sand Miramar beach. Convenient to shopping and many restaurants. Would highly recommend Commelfo and Baytowne Marina Bar and Grill. Best coffee (from Hawaiian beans) is right around the corner - Bad Ass Coffee and the best morning pastries are at Maas Coffee Roasters (11 min drive). Easy check in and out! Lovely stay for us. The condo is amazing with breathtaking views! This exceeded our expectation. The condo was clean, well stocked with all essentials and so comfortable. The ease of access to the beach via a private board walk from the building was so appreciated! The heated pool was icing on the cake for our kids. The location is superb with the serene and peaceful environment of the resort surrounded by many things to do for the whole family. We will definitely book again!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

A top notch experience! We went for a family beach vacation and we were so happy that we chose this house! It has everything you need and super spacious for a big group, everyone felt comfortable and the cleanliness level was top as well. The best Airbnb house I have chosen so far.
