Vacation rentals with a sauna in Choctawhatchee Bay

This is our 4th or 5th time staying in Carillon and the Barefoot Bungalow may just be our new favorite! Plenty of room for our family of four, a close walk to the beach, and a gated community made for a relaxing, fun beach vacation! So many restaurants near by without the crowds of Rosemary and Seagrove! The condo was clean and had the perfect amenities for us to feel at home! We will absolutely be back!!

Great place for a family vacation! Our kids loved the pools and easy beach access, and already asked if we can come back for spring break next year. :) We also appreciated the host's responsiveness and help when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

Jamie at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip! The only thing was the Jacuzzi could use a good clean. There's some suspicious black buildup around the edges that needs scrubbed. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay and would book again! The location is amazing for beach access and the balcony has an unbelievable view. There were beach chairs and sand toys that made it easier to enjoy the trip and the apartment was cozy and well equipped. Communication was quick, helpful and friendly.

Great place. Great host. Looks just like the photos. So nice being on the beach and having chairs reserved. Would recommend to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Very peaceful place, my kids had a wonderful time there, not crowded at all, spring break was amazing here, will definitely come back next year!

The location is perfect and as advertised. Beautiful views from the balcony. Host is very responsive. Restaurants are close and condo was clean. The beach offers rental chairs and umbrellas for $50 a day. Host had an umbrella and 2 chairs. Perfect for our needs. Bed is super comfortable. Only one minor issue where pigeons would like to sleep on balcony and could make a mess. Host was responsive to contact maintenance to correct. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and excellent host! The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The space was clean and well-maintained. The area in Destin is fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host’s communication was great: very responsive, clear, and helpful throughout.

Roxana property is really lovely and having some Beach view from Balcony and one bedroom. She is very much organised and give us the best support during our stay. The beach access is very convenient and we love the stay.

Pamela’s place is great! The views from the balcony are fantastic!!! The condo was clean & as pictured. Pamela was very responsive & check in & out was simple & clear. We would stay here again….great stay!

My family and I had the most wonderful time at your property truly a charming and unforgettable place. We drove nine hours from our city, and although the journey was long and exhausting, the moment we opened the door to your beautiful apartment, all the stress disappeared. The space is exactly like the pictures warm, peaceful, and full of harmony. One of the most magical moments was standing on the balcony at sunset, watching the sun slowly melt into the ocean. The golden light reflectad off the water, creating a sense of peace and awe as if time had paused just for us. It felt like being on a cruise, surrounded by nothing but sky and sea. There are no words to truly capture how special this experience was. We will absolutely come back. Thank you for opening your space and sharing such beauty with my family. P.S. We were all truly impressed by April’s artwork her paintings are beautiful and brought such a special touch to the space!

We had a great time. The condo was very clean, neat well maintained and very comfortable. 15th floor gave us an excellent view of the coast from from our balcony Communication with Robert was excellent and check in was easy and quick. Perfect location - Just steps to the beach and close to many restaurants, shops and popular attractions. We took advantage of several of the resort amenities , pools, sauna and fitness center during our stay. The onsite cafe and tiki bar is convenient and had so much to choose from. Plenty of things for everyone to enjoy at the resort- would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Ulla’s place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just like the pictures shown. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances and plenty of dishes. She has beach chairs and a cooler to use. The chairs on the balcony were perfect and the drying rack was really useful. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was also a blow up matress and three portable fans which came in handy. We didnt see anyone coming or going or have to share the elevator, it was very peaceful. The pool was great and the beach was right there. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap there to use and small hotel style samples to use in the shower. This place was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Ulla is so kind and caring. She reached out to check on us and was very easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed this house so much! Beautiful home & backyard for hanging out. Great location and only about 2 blocks from a boat ramp if you are in town for fishing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful home. My family and I rented a golf cart and did not touch our vehicles for a week. Stunning neighborhood, pool is just steps away, the beach path is right outside the door. Great places to eat. John was extra helpful and always responsive. I will definitely visit again.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The sound of the ocean waves was peaceful. I enjoyed my first visit to Panama and staying here made it more enjoyable.

Beautiful space with short walk to the beach! Our young children loved the bunk beds and we loved that they had their own space to nap/sleep so we didn’t have to share a bedtime. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. Nice location in 30A that didn’t feel crowded but you can quickly drive or bike to restaurants/shopping. The gelato stand and bar on site were also super convenient.

We had 13 people come to stay with us at the beach and we had the most AMAZING time! The house was perfect for such a large party. We had everything we needed. Dishes, cooking utensils, beach towels, beach chairs. It was wonderful! The pool and sauna were a crowd favorite and we wish we would have stayed longer. We all decided to do an annual trip together each year and I promise we will stay here again!

Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. The home was very welcoming, peaceful, and clean. All the appliances worked , and there was a very nice open floor plan when you bring family and want to spend time together. You didn't feel like some of the family had to be separate because of the space. There were enough amenities to utilize to have fun. We would come again we absolutely enjoyed the home and the town .
