Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Sarete a meno di 300 metri dal mare in una delle più belle coste della Toscana! L'altro punto di forza è la logistica: tutti i negozi e i servizi distano al più 15 minuti a piedi, inclusa la stazione che è ben collegata al resto della rete ferroviaria, con treni diretti anche per Firenze e Roma. In ogni caso, avrete un posto auto privato. Ricordate che soggiornerete in una meravigliosa località balneare: benchè le foto evochino una grande quiete, d'estate non è certo il regno del silenzio!

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.
