Super flat in an amazing old village. Well worth having a walk around. Suzanne was very welcoming and helpful. Beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen to cook supper. Countryside location for a peaceful night's sleep.

From the time of booking to departure Chloe and Andy were very responsive on instructions and anything else we needed although we didn’t bother them much. It was super hot when we arrived and while no one could do anything about that the welcome arrival of a fan was appreciated! The cottage was very clean and felt very homely. Effort had been made to accommodate dogs and as a dog owner felt appreciated. It’s important to stick to the rules on dogs (e.g not upstairs or on the beds) as we wouldn’t have known dogs had been there previously. The advice in the welcome book was really handy and we used this on a couple of walks we went on. The view and the peace were exceptional and it was really convenient for a family celebratory lunch we were attending a few miles up the road in East Coker. Our thanks to them both for making a big effort to make it feel like home.

This property was perfect for my solo work trip. It was compact but functional, clean and well equipped. Its in a peaceful location and the private balcony was an added bonus. Jo and Trevor were friendly and really helpful - perfect hosts! I would highly recommend staying at this property
