Monthly Rentals in Chillesford

Enjoyed a 2 night stay with my wife and I in the main bedroom and our teenage daughter on a comfortable sofa bed in the separate lounge area. Kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Lovely panoramic views across the fields from the lounge. Had a great night’s sleep as nice and quiet. Great location for exploring the area. Close to Sutton Hoo and Orford. We enjoyed a great meal at the nearby Unruly Pig pub.

This is exactly as described: a cosy cottage, vintage themed but with mod cons and very clean and comfortable rooms. The bed is really good! Caroline provides all the information required for the gadgets in the comprehensive booklet. We loved the way she'd created a place that made us feel we were staying in a friend's house..lovely flapjacks and welcome pack with milk, tea bags, plenty of coffee etc.. Location is brilliant: we could visit the area from Southwold to Sutton Hoo with very little driving time. The local pub is lovely, open mic night great fun..food was excellent. We feel we can thoroughly recommend this cottage and Caroline's excellent hosting and have done so already! An absolute gem, loved it! 😍

Abi made us feel at home. The minute we walked in there were treats on the table and everything we needed. My children loved the cottage as much as we did and we had such a lovely holiday. Abi was available to speak when I needed her and so helpful. I highly recommend!

Thank you Wendy and Guy for such a warm welcome. The photos did not do the Boatyard justice! The lovely welcome pack of your homemade lemon drizzle cake and baguette, along with eggs from your chickena, plus milk and butter, started our mini break up off to a great start. The view of Orford Castle and allotments from the windows, and from the very comy bed too, were wondeful. Huge walk in shower! It was such a peaceful place to stay. Aiming to return very soon.
