Monthly Rentals in Chillenden

Excellent communication. We were unsure of our arrival time, yet this wasn't a problem for Lexi, who was there to welcome us in person. As we hadn't eaten Lexi made sure that we had all the information, we needed to eat that evening. The 'shed' is surprising as its small, but everything has been well thought through to offer a comfortable stay - lighting, heating, mirrors, plugs , etc Thank you Lexi and we will sure to be return to visit you - and the famous church.

We booked for the month of December and spent Christmas at Peper. We were able to bring our two cats with us and Henrietta was lovely about this. Peper was tucked away in a lovely village with friendly villagers with a great butchers and village shop selling all the basics you may need for your stay and Peper was close enough to walk to these shops. Peper is situated in peaceful countryside and had a lovely small garden and outside sitting area although we were unable to use this as the weather wasn't too great! The tv stopped working on the 23 Dec and this was replaced very quickly with a new tv - what great service! In all a very enjoyable stay and Peper quickly became home to us.

The Lodge was everything we expected and more. Clean and tidy with a lovely welcome pack. It was warm and cosy especially with the fire lit and there was plenty of wood. Some good walks a great pub nearby and plenty of room for all 7 of us and the dog. We had one small problem on arrival and Jane was there within a flash to sort it.

No1 the Stables at Chillenden was everything we d expected and more. Very clean and comfortable overall, a lovely bed, super shower and well equipped kitchen. Karen had provided a lovely welcome hamper which was welcome indeed. We had a lovely week and would highly recommend Karen as a host and her accommodation.
