Monthly Rentals in Chilhowee

Lovely “place to land” as the description says! We were in town for a family event and were in and out of the house but it was a wonderful place to be able to come back to and to spend the free time we did have! Everything we needed was available when we arrived and instructions for check in and check out were very clear - Susan was super friendly and communicative through the whole process (booking, arrival, and when we left). Very drivable into Knoxville and all the local places listed in Maryville are extremely accessible to the AirBnB! Loved how conveniently it was located. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in the area!

We stayed here for two nights to be close to the Tail of the Dragon ! The lcoation is excellent and it is not too hard to find. Bit of a drive up the gravel road but that is in good condition so it was fine. the house is cute and has an amazing view ! We were very comfortable here for the two nights ! Would recommend bringing your food with you as there is not much around if you need something ! So, come prepared ! However, for the amazing roads in the area it is a great base !

Very clean. Had everything we could need and lots of little notes to explain or make things easy to find and to do. Peaceful surroundings. Close to things we wanted to do. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Will definitely plan to stay there when in the area. Our first BnB and a very positive experience. Lynn is a jewel. So caring and conscientious.

Awesome place to stay for a family of 4... Ozy but spacious and April was accommodating and helpful!
