Elena welcomed us, showed us the spaces and explained everything we needed. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. My family and I had a great time, we didn't miss anything as if we were at home.

The apartment was really well cared for and equipped with a thousand details that indicated care and attention to the customer. We had a very good time. The only thing that made our stay a little less comfortable was the double mattress maybe a little dated and the pillows a little too high for our habits. Maybe leaving a couple of lower pillows can offer an extra cuddle for the guest. I really recommend the house. Super positive experience and happy kids! THANK YOU!

Very welcoming apartment, in the heart of Sondrio, near good restaurants and shops with typical products. Very convenient if you want to go skiing in Valmalenco, being about twenty minutes away from the ski slopes.

We spent three nights in Massimiliano's apartment. Apart from some difficulty in communicating with him, perhaps due to a change of phone by the host, the accommodation was absolutely in accordance with the description and photos. Massimiliano's mother, whom we met twice by chance, was very nice. Clean, tidy house with everything you need (including milk in the fridge). We found beds ready upon our arrival (although I didn't expect it). Absolutely recommended!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location in Tirano and we could walk to the main street. The house was extremely clean and had new furniture. Will definitely stay again when we are in Tirano.

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! We stayed in Alfonso's house in two from 01/02 to 01/04 and had a wonderful time. The house is cozy, it has a private parking space, the location is quiet. Excellent cleanliness, clean linens, and we were able to drive around comfortably. Highly recommend!

We found ourselves in a fabulously beautiful place. We lived in a cozy, atmospheric and comfortable house. Everything is very clean. In the morning we had a great breakfast opposite the Alps. We will definitely come back here! Grazier mille!!!

Sara's place was perfect! Really cosy and comfortable, especially after a tiring day on the slopes. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bathroom and shower were of a very high standard. The apartment is a short walk from the slopes and close to some small restaurants and a supermarket. Sara was a great host and always available when we had a question about our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!

A lovely home in a beautiful setting. The pool was great, big enough for 5 of us to splash around, and the house itself was large and well equipped. Colico is a great little town, 15 minutes walk to the lakeside from the house where there are activities and a choice of restaurants. Alessio and Federica were excellent, very communicative and supportive throughout.

The stay was better than expected, the enviroment of the apartment was in harmony with the apartment. The town was a very local and nice built town, which felt like a mazemap ready to be explored. The apartment in itself was very clean to the dust which gave a feeling leaving you with peace. The townspeople were nice and friendly, reflecting the friendliness of the host. Overall it might be the best stay I’ve had in a long time as one’s surrounded by a peaceful and superb view and environment.
