Hinton Guest House-I-40 & Route 66-No Cleaning Fee

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

It is also a three minute drive to Shannon Springs Park, home of the Festival Lights. The home offers a spacious back yard and out door dinning area. Our kitchen is fully equipped to cook in. About this space. It is a two bedroom that can comfortably sleep 5 with a queen and a twin over full bunk bed. *New* Washer/dryer

Room with Xbox projecting on 160” screen. Karaoke system. Backyard has swings, trampoline, pergola with and seating area with firepit. Corn hole set. NO PARTIES or EVENTS ALLOWED. NO EXCESS GARBAGE. Use only house curve and driveway for parking.
