Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Terrasse dans le parc. Parking couvert fermé pour plusieurs voitures. Commerce et restaurant à proximité Boucher bio du producteur à 50 mètre. Tout est réuni pour passer un week-end entre amis ,en famille en pleine nature.

Poêle à bois devant un large canapé, cuisine totalement équipée, 1 chambre double et 2 simples, climatisation, douche à l'italienne multi-jets, Wifi, smart TV, jeux de société et d'extérieurs, barbecue… Parking, cour et jardin privatifs. la Bergerie : gîte avec ferme pédagogique à 3 km

Spacieux et lumineux, le logement de 100 m2 est situé au premier étage d'une longère, ancienne bergerie. Magnifique vue sur le verger de 2500 M2, avec terrasse, salon de jardin, salon détente, barbecue à gaz, trampoline, piscine, jeux pour enfants..... Ce logement date de 1784, restauré avec élégance. Décoration nordique et moderne, très chaleureux, un vrai cocon avec nature et calme. Idéal pour se ressourcer en vacances. La bergerie est bien située pour visiter villes et villages viticoles.
