Monthly Rentals in Chesterwood

Fantastic cottage in a very nice village, neighbours are so friendly. Beds a little bit firm for our comfort however it does not detract from what a fantastic find this cottage is. Would happily stay again, our 4 year old daughter did not want to leave.

We had a lovely time at the cottage. The location is beautiful and private with gorgeous views and very quiet and peaceful. There were peacocks , pheasants, goats and 2 very friendly cats, they were all very quiet and non-obtrusive. If you are an animal lover you'll greatly enjoy them but if you're not they were never in the way and they were very quiet.The location is perfect for visiting Hadrian's wall, to go on lovely nature walks, shops are a very short drive away.The cottage itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, well appointment, very comfortable bed and couch, it had everything we needed and more. The photos don't do it justice, it's such a beautiful place, very spacious and bright and hands down the best place we've stayed in over the years.Christian was lovely, friendly, quick to respond , kindly left us some refreshments as well and he'd set everything up to perfection. We hope to return as we had such a lovely time and I encourage everyone looking to book with confidence !

Very comfortable, clean accommodation. Comfortable beds. Quiet street in town centre. 10-15 minutes walk from train station . Hosts responded to enquiries promptly and were very helpful.

Modern & clean flat in central Hexham, just around the corner from the Sele Park which is lovely! Very convenient location. We initially had trouble finding the flat as Google Maps takes you to a church further down the road, some more detailed directions for check in would be helpful. Also, the parking space is through a courtyard with a narrow entranceway and a height restriction so we had to park our transit custom elsewhere which was okay but would have been good to know this in advance.
