Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chester

I would highly recommend David's home. it was clean, homely and relaxing. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was stunning and the rainforest shower was delightful. It's in a quiet area except the local pub on the Friday night was playing some absolute bangers but we didn't mind! There was plenty of parking. David kept in touch which was nice and he gave me some local shop recommendations. Also he has a professional and informative booklet to hand should you have any questions. This has been the first Airbnb I've booked and I've had such a great experience. We would love to come back.

Great location for walking to Chester centre. Only 10 minute drive to Chester zoo. Supermarket round the corner. Beautiful house which met all our needs. House was easy to find and we could park outside. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication with Hannah who let us know the house was ready if we wanted to check in early. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Thankyou.

Spacious house with lots of thoughtful touches. Lovely outdoor area. Well-equipped kitchen. We wanted to stay in Hoole to be near friends but also an easy walk into Chester high street, lots of restaurants, shopping etc. Nearby street parking was quite tricky/very tight spaces, but we did always get a spot. Coop across the street. House felt clean and well looked after, although bathroom could be updated. Stairs steep if that is a concern for you, but our kids were fine with them. Host seemed very responsive but we didn’t need him because the house has everything (books, iron, games, etc). Overall a great stay and I would happily book again.

Picked up this place at very short notice, Lisa was very quick in responding. Place was exactly as described, excellent location just 20 mins walk from city centre. Place was spotless and one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in. Thanks very much Lisa ..

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up—exactly as pictured. One of the highlights of our trip was the experience with the personal chef, Henry. He was absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. The host was also fantastic—communicative and helpful throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially if you have the chance to book Chef Henry!

We really enjoyed our stay in Chester. The house was in an ideal place making it extremely easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and visit. We had booked a 2 night stay and almost immediately decided we wished we had booked longer. The property was amazing and very thoughtfully furnished with great little touches, kitchen very well stocked with equipment, various books available and family games. Lovely garden, shame it rained throughout our stay. Check in and out very easy. We will be back to stay at this lovely property.

as described already a perfect stay for those who seek to visit Chester and surrounding. apartment is just around heart of the chester. walkable to almost all heritage and market great stay and will stay and recommend in future. Stephen and ShukTing always responsive. apartment was clean and tidy. great place to stay.

Great place to stay whilst exploring Chester and surrounding areas . Cameron was great with communication and with ease of instruction to enter the property. Easily walkable into town and a supermarket 4 mins away on foot . Will definitely stay in the apartment again if visiting the area again .

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is great - the city centre is almost on the doorstep, but the apartment was very quiet. The whole place was absolutely spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. The parking space was a bonus, we didn't need the car at all. The tasty treats were a nice touch, but by the time we had chomped our way round the great coffee shops and restaurants in Chester we were a bit too full! There are so many place to explore and the cathedral is awe inspiring, well worth a visit. Mark and Helen have been great hosts, we would definitely recommend this place.

For our first time using Airbnb, I can confidently say I will be coming back here soon! the location was absolutely perfect and the apartment is great for everyone - couples, friends or family - anyone would feel at home there :)

Sally has done an amazing job with this conversion. It’s very tastefully decorated and has everything you could need. Wish I could have stayed for longer!

This little cottage had everything you could need. Size was very efficiently used. It was in a great location in a very walkable town. We really appreciated the tea cakes as a little welcome! Llangollen is the Welsh Village you’ve always dreamed of visiting, and this place is a great base from which to explore.

I live on an Island off the West Coast of Canada. It takes 2 days + to get to Chester UK. I knew communication was going to be spotty at best so I asked for check-in details prior to departure. They never came. I arrived at the apartment after 2 days of traveling unable to gain access. Because of sim card issues I could not 'phone for access details. Suggest you waive the 24 hour access check-in under certain circumstances.

I felt right at home. The decor was modern and fresh. The cleanest I've ever seen. What I liked : own front door to outdoors, big new TV, good internet, comfortable bed and milk, tea, coffee, and health bars. The host even offered to make me a sandwich as I had missed lunch. If I ever come to the Wirral again, this is where I will stay.

stayed for a total of 5 nights, spotlessly clean and space large enough for 2 people. off street parking, so quiet, well stocked fridge with jams milk etc. I really liked the bedside table that included to USB charging points. will definitely stay again when I am next visiting

Great place to stay. 10 minute walk into the city centre. the apartment felt a lot bigger and more spacious than we expected. we had 3 nights here and could easily have stayed longer. a lovely home away from home

Lovely , clean, spacious apartment overlooking canal and city walls . Short walk to Chester and we had a great time .
