Very nice place to stay. We would definitely rent this place again next time we’re in town.

I wish I’d had more time try out the kitchen. The putting green was a cool touch. Location was great. This housed my son and daughter in law, my grandson, my wife and my daughter. I can’t say enough about it.

This place was great! I think it's much better than the photos show. It is very clean, cozy, and queit. The outdoor space is amazing and we spent most of our time there. Wish I could see the beautiful gardens in full bloom. Hopefully another time. The owner is very responsive and has thought of just about every ammenity a person could possibly need. This place was above expectations and we will definitely stay there again!

Let me tell you, this place is amazing!!!!! Our host was so kind and responsive, all info was provided This place is outstanding, the little kitchen is soooo cute! I love vintage and this delivers! The speakeasy in the basement was fun and unexpected, the rooftop lounge had fabulous views and was such a nice bonus! Very very clean!!! Which is a big thing for me, because not only do I have an Airbnb of my own that I rent out, but I clean Airbnb ‘s, so I’d greatly appreciate the effort that was put into the cleanliness of it Close to everything you would need in the area, super nice people, would be great space for a family reunion or a couples weekend, everybody wanted their own room, but would have two fun places to hang out together on Site! Highly recommend recommended triple AAA will be booking this place again !

This was our first time staying at the osage guesthouse it was very cute clean, tidy and comfortable. . I believe my family has stayed at everyone of kim and johns air bnbs in neodesha over the last 5 years and there is a reason for that. Kim is a great host her air bnbs are always cute clean and detailed each place holds its own story which is unique and i love it and my family always look forward to a great stay and learning history of neodesha.

Me and my husband stayed at BartsVILLA for a week while we were waiting to move into our new house. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was pristine and modern. The linens were fresh and bed was very comfortable. The host were accommodating and even reached out to us to offer to come to their basement if the tornado alarms went off during a storm. This was a small oasis and just what we needed during a chaotic move across the country. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cute little updated older place to stay. I do recommend bringing wash rags if you bath with them. There are none as we were told. But also no makeup remover. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

My wife and i were visiting from the UK to meet our friend who was involved in the William Inge Theatre Weekend. The cottage was perfect, very peaceful and lovely surroundings. It is also within a short drive of the amenities in the town of Independence. Thank you.

Loved the house and all the details that made it feel cozy and comfortable. The attention to details of what was provided for your pets was amazing. If we forgot something like treats, she provided some for you…toys for your pups, drinking water both in & out. Thank you!
