Stephen’s place was exceptional!! The place is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. We absolutely loved it & would love to come again.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed for the week with our five kids (6,4,3, & 1 year old twins) and had an amazing family vacation. The space worked perfectly for our needs as a large family with small kids and the beach area was especially perfect for toddler playtime. The waterfall across the way was stunning and we loved boating around, fishing, swimming, fires by the lake, and rainy evenings in the hot tub. Such an amazing place for families!

The house is absolutely beautiful. Carved into the side of a mountain. Very last house at the top. The view absolutely beautiful! The host Ed is great guy and very accommodating. Only thing I would say is if getting there for the 1st time it would be best before dark because of the road going up is dark in places and it on a mountain. The view alone is worth the price. 😁 We will be back!!

This is a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful little corner of the mountains. The house has all of the basics covered. The waterfalls in front of the house are beautiful and provide a constant white noise that I found to be very peaceful. However, the roar is surprisingly loud. The home is very automated (Alexa to control the lights, motioned sensing trash can, etc.) which I guess can be a pro or a con depending on preference. We especially loved all of the deck space! And I loved all of the windows that brought in a ton of natural light.

Beautiful house on the river and close to town. There was plenty of space, and we especially loved the relaxing porch.

This was our second time staying at the Love Nest and it didn't disappoint. The house is beautiful amd clean with lots of space and things to do. The views are breathtaking and almost too good to be true. We can't wait to return next year.

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! Will be coming back to this space!! So beautiful, every detail and amenity was available and thought through. Felt right at home & was able to bring the pups! We forgot a water bowl & Lindsey had one ready for us when we got there with plenty of paw towels and doggie bags!! Also, expect a pretty steep driveway! We have a 4-WD and AWD vehicle and had little to no problems. Thank you to Lindsey for offering this amazing space !

Cottage by the Creek was exactly as described. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My absolute favorite place to be was the swing listening to the creek and sharing my time with the multiple ducks, geese, cardinals and other birds. We got lucky enough to see a turkey and a hummingbird. The distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect! I’m so hoping to be able to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

We enjoyed staying at the Papa Bear Chalet! Private location with a lot of bear sightings. House was as described and plenty of space for everyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such an amazing stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, but the real highlight was the absolutely stunning mountain views! Waking up to that peaceful scenery each morning was unreal. It felt like our own little retreat tucked away in nature. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would 100% come back. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time staying at this location. it looks just like the pictures and matches the description very well. The place was very clean and easy to get into. 10/10 would stay again!

My family really enjoyed staying at this house. We absolutely loved the mountain views from the top 2 decks, and the bottom desk with the hot tub was private with trees surrounding which was nice. There were a ton of fireflies surrounding the house every night which was cool. The star gazing was also perfect from the top porch. We had a bear visit us while we were in the hot tub our first night. It didnt get too close to the porch. Just walked around and left. Such a cool thing to see it in its natural habitat. We stayed quiet and ready to go inside incase needed but it came and went quickly with no issues. The drive up was not too bad but I definitely recommend driving slow with all the curves around the mountains. The parking situation was a little tight so just be aware you may have to backup and go forward a few times if you are in a big truck. The pool we went to was only a 6 minute drive and was good sized. Downtown was only a 10 min. drive and a beautiful scenic drive. 5 Stars!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Dan and Jenna's cabin. The cabin is well situated, easy to find, and a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge. The parking is a bit tight if you have a large SUV but ones you park the front door is right there. The view of the mountains were incredible and very relaxing, the beds were super comfortable and cabin had a homey feeling. We had an issue before we called it a night so Dan & Jenna came by and took care of it right away they were super nice. Dan was very informative about bears around the neighborhood and he was not wrong we spotted two bears and the moment was priceless. I will definitely back and I will recommend the Dan & Jenna's cabin to my friends and family. Thanks again Dan & Jenna for letting me and my family stay in your beautiful cabin to enjoy paradise.

Cabin was absolutely gorgeous! The view was even better ❤️ Location is close to everything but yet far enough out of the way it’s nice and peaceful. We were on motorcycles and the only downfall was the drive up. The last turn was sharp and steep….but you don’t get those views without being at the top of a mountain. We would definitely stay again but without the motorcycles ☺️

This was such a sweet stay and we wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful location - my husband enjoyed fly fishing during the day on the water and I was only 20 minutes from kayaking at the NOC. The house was very clean - tidy bathroom and kitchen with all your basics stocked to get you started. Hot tub was lovely and very clean! There is a steeper drop off next to the outside firepit so I would be mindful with little children. Easy check in and they were very flexible and responsive when we had some crazy weather pop up nearby. We will be back again and hopefully stay a little longer!

Great location, very scenic and quiet. Easy to find and close to town and restaurants.

We have been campers in past years but since we are now OLD we prefer staying in homes. Over the past few years we have stayed in quite a few, however, we have never stayed in one where it seemed a lot of thought had gone into providing everything needed or wanted. Rita has thought of EVERYTHING! It's the little things that make a difference. Example: The last one we stayed in had one small towel rack in the bathroom and none of the over-the-door hangers. These are very inexpensive and would have made a big difference. There were flower arrangements all over the place and it was just a very comfortable place to be. There were six of us, four of whom are over 80. We were there for a Bluegrass Festival so we didn't have a lot of time just to be there and enjoy the home but maybe next time we will. There is even a covered area for parking the cars and another one for cooking out Thank you Rita for providing such a beautiful home in such a beautiful setting.

Andy was most helpful with local recommendations as well as check-in and check-out instructions. The home was a good value, and what we expected. It's not a new home and is pet-friendly, so there's a normal bit of wear throughout. Location was great -- quiet area but close proximity to town.

My wife and I had a weekend getaway. This was the perfect cabin for a couple to getaway from all the hustle of life and wind down. The cabin had everything we needed including a Hot tub. For me the best thing was the location!!! Very private and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this cabin. The host James was very prompt to any questions I had. If you are a couple looking for a quiet relaxing time look no further.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. We felt very safe and very welcome. Thoughtful touches were everywhere, not least of which was a wonderful rainfall showerhead and up-to-date washer and dryer. There was good coffee and bottled water provided. We lacked for nothing! Peaceful, private, fresh mountain air, everything we needed.
