This was a gem! Lovely spot, very close to the deep creek entrance of the Smoky’s but not too remote. Town was close by as was a lovely little winery. The house was like new and absolutely as advertised. We would easily stay here again. Kelly was one of, if not the most responsive host we have ever had at an Air BNB.

We had a great time at Greg's place, as always. The home was very clean, and the location is perfect. The hot tub, creek, and fire pit are always highlights of our trip. Kitchen is well stocked, and there's plenty of towels. Highly recommend staying here!

Save your self the trouble spending hours researching where to stay in the Smokies. This location is a perfect proximity to where ever you decide to venture off too. The property itself is stunning to say the least! The thought out decor, details, layout, and craftsmanship was much appreciated. You’ll love sitting out on the balcony overlooking the Smokies listening to sounds of nature around you. The furniture inside is very cozy, you’ll get plenty good rest between adventures. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed for your kitchen/bbq grill creations. The hosts were amazing, and quick to respond to anything you may need before and during your stay. Magnificent home with unique and thoughtful architecture. We were fogged in with only glimpses of the incredible view but it was nevertheless a terrific stay. The home is so peaceful and restorative to be in and we spent hours by the fire just hanging out. The interior design is stunning and made us feel engaged with the outdoors (massive windows placed expertly) and as if in an exclusive mountain spa. Record player was a nice touch.

A beautiful space. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and had all our needs within reach with no issues to speak of. Waynesville was a treat and so was our stay. I was really inpressed with how cool the interior of the airbnb was.

My parents drove down to meet my husband and I, and we all had the most incredible family weekend. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Hiking in The Great Smoky Mountains was fantastic. We loved The Alum Cave Trail into Le Conte for a 10-mile, strenuous day hike. The hot tub felt so good after that! My parents did an open-air Bryson City Train ride and loved the experience. Bryson City Bakery for breakfast is a MUST! Jimmy Mac’s was the best hometown original, authentic feeling diner...with the best fried pickles we’ve ever had! Shelly and Jack are incredibly responsive and were happy to provide additional recommendations! Thanks for a great trip!!

Me and my husband searched for the perfect romantic getaway for our late honeymoon/ 1 year anniversary. When we came across Knotty But Nice we were sold! The view was immaculate, pictures do not do justice. The house was extremely clean and cozy. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. Overall peaceful and private! The drive up was pretty scary the first time, I’m definitely glad that we had an SUV! But 10/10 recommend! We are already planning another trip in the fall. Thanks Dana & Trish! 😊

Had such a peaceful stay. I needed the alone time and that’s exactly what I got! Nestled in the mountains with plenty of outdoor activities surrounding! I will definitely be back!

Overall, a great pick for a couples getaway. Only 40 min from Gatlinburg, and Newport is about a 10-15 minute drive if you need anything from town. The cabin has all the little extra touches that made it nice. Loved the full size refrigerator, the coffee bar and creamers. Lots of towels and clean linen. Loved that there was a separation between the bedroom and the living space, although be careful for your knees/chins when going to bed, it’s close quarters and the corners of the bed a rough, but once you get tucked it it was very comfy and there are lots of pillows which is nice!! The outside area is amazing. Especially loved the rolling creek sound, you can even hear it inside, So therapeutic. There is an area where you can get to the creek and dip your toes, that’s nice. There were snacks provided by host as well!! The hot tub was spectacular, it has a screen cover that is a nice bug deterrence. The enclosed area with a little fire pit is nicely kept. Great overall!!!

I loved my stay it was very beautiful inside and out. I loved the hot tub with music and the stars . I was able to grill a steak was hoping to see an elk but didn’t there are tracks for some. The cleaning crew was amazing and made sure I was ok once I got a nail in my tire. Gave me great recommendations and tried to help me get back on the road. I can’t wait until my next stay

This home was perfect for our family of 3 teens and 3 adults. It was spacious and clean, we wanted for nothing. All this with a very accommodating, understanding and hospitable owners, who let us stay even after Helene's destruction to their bridge. Thank you for the wonderful stay this Thanksgiving 2024.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Creekside Hideaway and we had an amazing time. The cabin is so cozy and the perfect environment to relax and unwind. We took advantage of a couple of nice hiking spots nearby and really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna afterwards. The wrap around deck allows for so many different spots to relax and connect with nature. We stayed for 10 days and hated to leave!! Jack and Samantha created the perfect retreat!

Loved Brian’s spot. Beautiful view and a great place to stay. Everything, LITERALLY everything was labeled beautifully and helpful. Other than catching the fish for you, not much more you could ask from a host. Brian responded to any questions or texts within a few minutes. Great host.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at the 17 Degrees North Mountain Cabin. Everything was just as described and shown in the pictures, perhaps even more beautiful. It's difficult to capture in pictures the sheer size and scope of the mountainous landscape and peaceful sounds of the various birds, livestock, and river. We loved our little romantic getaway along with our dogs, and the fenced area was a massive plus for us. Horses graze right in front near sundown. Fireflies illuminate the fields at night as if the countryside is shimmering. Low-light pollution offers great views of the night sky and stars, especially from the hammock. Catherine was an exceptional host: friendly, responsive, detailed, and very knowledgeable while on the tour she offered, which I suggest you take her up on. I would absolutely recommend this stay. We booked our return trip before the current one had even ended.

Everything was very clean and organized. My biggest thing was we had a private place without a ton of stairs or rough roads to drive to get to our place . House is located right on the main road but away from the city hustle and bustle . We had an elder with us and they had no trouble getting in or out of the home . Anytime I had a question and sent a message I immediately got a response. This home / cabin is located right beside a small creek , which you can sit on the screened in porch and listen to . I would give more stars but I only have an option of five . One of my favorite stays

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Location was great and the deck over the river's edge was wonderful. Only suggestion we would have is a vacuum for the cabin versus just a broom. Rate was great and we will be back.

Brooke's place is an absolute gem of a find. From the location to the actual cabin everything was perfect. The drive to the cabin can look a bit steep but it is very manageable. The cabin itself is gorgeous. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The fireplace kept us warm all day and is a nice touch to the ambiance. Kitchen had all new ceramic pots and pans and all the small ware you need. Only suggestion would be to have some more comfortable chairs by the fire pit outside. We will back for sure.

What a great place to stay! We loved the cabin and it was a great launching point for hikes or to just stay in and relax. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing time. Close to hiking, restaurant’s, and many activities. Bryson City was a very cute area. The house was comfortable, and has everything you need. We will be back!

Humminbird Haven was so peaceful and quiet. It felt very private. It's adorable and homey on the inside. Having the hot tub just outside the bedroom doors is very convenient. I recommend Michelle, and I will be back again.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was beautiful and the home was clean and very comfortable! We quickly felt at home. Jeff was very clear on instructions, everything worked as it was supposed to, and he was responsive to any questions! It was a great way to embrace the smoky mountains with a little less tourism and traffic. My only recommendation if you book this location, make sure you have 4-wheel drive or a sturdy car, the very last bit of the drive was a little bumpy (but that’s expected in the mountains!). It was a great stay and would 10/10 recommend to friends or return for a future visit!

Perfect cabin getaway close to Smoky Mountains. We loved everything about this place for our vacation: soaking in the hot tub after a long hike, sitting on the porch to read a book with a beverage, being able to wash clothes in washer and dryer, comfortable beds, nice sofa seating area with gas fireplace, functional coffee pot for our morning coffee. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Debi is a wonderful host!

We were looking for a nice quiet getaway and boy, did we choose the right place! The house was spotless and close to hiking, white water rafting and plenty of fun activities for the family. We really enjoyed the game room, hot tub and the peace and quiet with lovely mountain views. Jennifer was very responsive and check in and out was simple and straightforward. Would recommend!
