On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen, dining room with fireplace, bathroom, laundry room, and a large terrace with great views of the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and Contraviesa Natural Park. The house is located in the center of the village of Laujar de Andarax. With fantastic views of the Sierra de Gádor, the house has solar panels and a charging point for electric cars with free parking. I also offer a visit to a farm I own with about 1500 almond trees!! The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation.
