We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

Great place to stay, home from home, everything you could possibly need. Stéphane and Sonia were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend. Five minutes walk to the train station, takes roughly an hour to the Eiffel tower and only €2.50. We drove to Disneyland which was really easy and took half an hour.

The apartment was clean, tidy and above all very well located close to transport and shops. Sara was very available and responsive. Whenever there was a little problem, she didn't hesitate to fix it quickly. We stayed in the accommodation for 4 days. Thanks also to Fatima for hosting us.

The stay at Cesar's was extra, very nice apartment with very nice private terrace. The very big highlight of the apartment is the presence of mosquito nets that are super effective and allow you to ventilate at night during high heat.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and tidiness. Wonderful and high-quality bed linen. Very good orthopedic mattress, it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are high-quality and soft. Cleanliness. The apartment was very quiet. This allowed us to rest quietly after excursions . The host Jp is an incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, polite and very caring person . He responded quickly to any questions. This home deserves only high ratings. We found the accommodation without any problems thanks to the various information provided by the host. It matches the photos perfectly. It is bright, pleasant, warm, overlooking a small park, peaceful, functional. Melissa had left some very nice touches. We'll be happy to come back during our future stays in Paris.

Clean, welcoming, well arranged and as described. In a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and transport. Souhil hosted us very warmly, it feels like home! Recommended!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Julian's place is highly recommended. This is a bit far from Paris, but you can get there quickly by regional train. We had a lovely stay and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Like last time, everything was perfect!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

Must say that it is very rare to have an accomodation this clean. Vincent was very friendly and everything worked out well. The area is lovely and nice to stay after busy Paris. The train is very convenient, there is a good shop near by. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Should we be back in Paris, we would stay here again.
