Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Chennai

Couldnt say enough wonderful things about Nirmala and Baskar. From the start to the finish they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we were really touched by their kindness and hospitality. Exceptional hosts. The apartment is in a nice spot and is spacious with comfy mattresses and clean sheets. Kitchen was well equipped with stove/pots and pans and fridge. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place .

The place was as it was advertised. Clean and with well-kept. It had everything that I expected from a serviced apartment.

Clean place

This place is good to stay for small group of 5 people at relatively lower cost with almost all essential amenities. Location is also good so that one can reach any part of city quickly. House owner is very friendly if there is any issues during your stay then he will solve it quickly.

1) Place was clean and tidy. It will be comfortable for minimum 2-3 people. 2) Caretaker was very responsive and was available for morning check ins (6:30-7am) too. 3) Place is located an 10 mins from metro station, 15 mins from cmbt(koyambedu), 15 mins from VR Mall, 20-25 mins from korattur local station 4) You get nearby restaurants (A2b is close by) veg and non veg, in a very quick walk away for breakfast / lunch or dinner 5) You would need to pay separately for electricity. To get an approx amount, it cost me around 180INR for 40 hours stay. 6) Owner though was not available on premise, was connecting with me through calls to make sure i have a comfortable stay. 7) The lane the house is in is little narrow and busy too , it might be bit difficult for bigger cars to come through. 8) Location was little off by 30-40 meters. But it's wasn't a problem as caretaker helped me with it. Would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment we stayed was truly worth our money. The host Vijay was very responsive and used to send help the moment we ask for any assistance. The place is located in the heart of upscale Anna Nagar which offers a lot of options for restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay at one of the Phoenix Services apartments in Chennai for my future visits to Chennai and recommend visitors to Chennai to confidently pick this or any Phoenix serviced apartments.

It was amazing stay rooms ,bathroom , kitchen were clean, very easy process of check in, kitchen had all equipments , surroundings of flat was peaceful and zomota , blinkit was easily accessible.

Vijay truly offers a home away from home. The flat was pristine, kitchen had the expected dishes and appliances, linens were laundered, the furniture was spotless and the bathroom had the necessary toiletries. We had a very unfortunate experience at a previous Anna Nagar airbnb and had to move in a rush - in the middle of a busy trip - Vijay was very accommodating with allowing us to check in early and provide excellent timely support. Vijay’s place was exactly as advertised - clean, well maintained, actively managed. He was a warm host and his staff was friendly, available, cheerful and helpful. Clean. Honest. Fair. Great Deal. A home away from home.

Good stay

I had a fantastic stay at Chippy Service Apartment. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything I needed, from a comfy bed and fresh towels to a well-equipped kitchen area, which made my short stay super convenient. The location was also great, easy to find and close to shops and restaurants, which made getting food or essentials really simple. It’s in a quiet area too, so I was able to relax without any noise or distractions. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, polite, and very helpful. They made check-in smooth and were quick to assist with anything I needed, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run apartment for a short stay.

The stay was as expected and had a friendly host to assisit right from checkin and they made us feel right we are in home. will definitely visit again.

it's a very good place. they have North Indian food and the caretaker Ganesh and owner are super nice. they helped me with everything I needed even when it was not their headache. I'll visit again soon..
