My stay was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful. It was a bit hard to get any means to commute close by so had to walk till the main road, otherwise it’s a very safe place to stay.

We had a great time, a very nice place and the most friendly and helpfull host, with grace and efficiency.

I stayed at Chak’s apartment in Rahul Manor with my family for two weeks. It was a home away from home - perfect location, clean apartment, well organised maid service 6 days a week who was extremely kind and helpful. Chak was always ready to help via Chat or a call. This is our 3rd stay at Chak’s apartment and we absolutely love it. The apartment is spacious and caters for families with kids and elders. Its central location is also one of the top features. Amazing place and host also at a prime location.

The Ark was everything we hoped for—and more. Think spa-level bedding, Pinterest-worthy interiors, spotless bathrooms, and a kitchen so clean it made us want to cook (almost). But what truly sets this place apart? Navya and Denny—the ultimate hosts. Warm, responsive, and somehow magically always one step ahead of our needs. They even left snacks and a toy for our fur baby Meeso—who now thinks The Ark is his vacation home. We stayed here with our parents too, and let’s just say—when the entire family unanimously approves, you know it’s special. Lots of laughter, food, and memories packed into one perfect stay. Can’t wait to come back—Meeso is already packing his bowl.

We stayed 2 weeks at Sudheer’s place during a family visit. Sudheer was very prompt with responding to our queries. The place was as described, neat and well kept. Sudheer checked in with us to find out how the stay was going and whether we needed any assistance. I would strongly recommend Sudheer’s place if you want to stay in the YNK area

The apartment we stayed was truly worth our money. The host Vijay was very responsive and used to send help the moment we ask for any assistance. The place is located in the heart of upscale Anna Nagar which offers a lot of options for restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay at one of the Phoenix Services apartments in Chennai for my future visits to Chennai and recommend visitors to Chennai to confidently pick this or any Phoenix serviced apartments.

Kakoli’s place is a private & quiet place to spend a few days. The mansion is vast & old school and has a lot of charm. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. The location is close to the main attractions in Pondy. I recommend

Fabulous experience! The hospitality was great, and the host, Sri Pradeep, was polite and responsible. The homes,(there are 4 homes by the way) which are well-equipped, are perfect for a group of families and are conveniently located near the Ambalapuzha Sri Krishna Temple. This is a wonderful idea from Sri Pradeep, and I appreciate his vision.

The place is beautiful, cozy and peaceful. Shameel was an amazing host, answered every question. The entire place was ours, clean and private. The kitchen had all amenities, if you enjoy cooking. For anyone who wants to relax, travel, want something private and cozy - 'Must recommend'. Love to be back!

Mala is an amazing host! She was very proactive and extremely accommodating. Our flight landed late night so she had arranged the check in with the security. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It is in the city with lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.

Great place to stay. The studio is very spacious and clean. Everything works very well and they provide drinking water. The location is very convenient. The only drawback is the street noise that one can hear in the studio. The host is very kind, communication easy and they even let us stay until evening on the checkout day as we had a late train. I fully recommend Deepa's place as it is totally worth its money.

Check in was smooth. Place is also neat and clean. But there was a drilling noise which annoyed us till 6PM. Which is really faded my day till evening.
