The place was exceptional, surpassing even the stunning photos we’d seen. From the cutlery to the Smartfans, and an abundance of pillows and bedsheets, everything was thoughtfully provided—no need to contact the host. The room with the foosball table and karaoke setup, complete with Kutty bamboo chairs, was a highlight, perfect for jamming with friends. The projector room stole the show with its incredible lighting, pristine picture quality, and a party speaker that brought the atmosphere to life. The terrace, adorned with yellow lights and comfy chairs, offered a breezy retreat. Just a two-minute walk to the beach, with convenient taps at the entrance to rinse off, it couldn’t have been more ideal. We can’t wait to come back here soon! A huge thanks to Mr. Pritesh and Bhuvana ma’am for creating such an unforgettable experience!

Awesome place especially for senior citizens . well equipped house with owners living close by and all facilities like groceries vegetables restaurants etc within 2 mins walking distance

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

The place was spick and clean, really well maintained. It had all the amenities described. To top it all off, Jessie and her husband were very friendly, responsive and helpful. We had a very pleasant, worry-free stay. Safe to say we have found our go-to airbnb in Chennai. Highly recommend!

If you’re in Chennai I would definitely recommend you to stay in this air bnb as you do not have make any arrangements you can just bring your bags and voila everything will be organised by the host. There is a care taker arranged by the host to clean the place on alternative days so it’s very neatly maintained. The host is very polite, friendly and always a step away to answer all the queries. The best thing is host is flexible as per the customer’s requirements. As we entered the property we just felt like home. We thank the host for making all the arrangements as requested prior to our check in. Definitely worth the price and worth staying in this property and community.

Well designed and comfortable room with nice furniture, we enjoyed our stay in peaceful environment. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and gas stove, all cooking tools and utensils are there, and supermarket is located in the same apartment premises, just a few minutes walk from the room! Washing machine and Balcony also there, so we're staying the room as if we're living in India for long periods of time, felt like our new home. Bedroom is very comfy, AC and ceiling fan were working well both in the bedroom and living room area. Thank you Binndu for your efforts on making the room comfortable!

The stay at selvi's place was peaceful and calm. The interior decoration looked good and elevated the beauty of the room. Everything was kept clean and neatly organised. The notable part here is the hospitality provided by selvi. Thanks to her humane nature, she was so welcoming and created a good bond in a short interval.

We travelled to Chennai and stayed here for 5 nights. Manager at site Mr. Nazar was very helpful, always guiding with a smile. The apartment is very nice and clean and with the clear instructions was easy to find, as we had a rental car as well. Our kids enjoyed the stay, no issues faced at all. It is easy to drive around and explore, we found it to be central and could visit beach, parks and temples and market places easily from this place by car. This was our first visit to Chennai and we loved this place, and would definitely stay here again in future visits.

We had a good stay at arun's place. The rooms , toilets, kitchen were clean. Arun made the check-in process very easy. My wife was very happy to see the full fledge kitchen, although we couldn't utilize this time. Overall a very good experience

Sheryl is an incredibly responsive host. I got her prompt responses even in the late hours. She gave us clear instructions and the property is nothing short of amazing. It is a well -maintained apartment, just as in the pictures. All the bedrooms including the hall / dining space are air conditioned. It was peaceful and serene. All the amenities were provided and it felt like a home away from home. Up to a maximum of 5 members can stay at the apartment at a time. Every room in there seemed like an interesting story weaved through the years. The apartment is close to Elliots Beach within 10 mins of walking distance. It is surrounded by a lot of eateries and the area is sure a walker's delight. Sheryl had also provided us with Coffee, Tea and Sugar for our consumption. Would love to stay there again.

Great Experience with Gokul’s house .. I stayed with a family around a week. Excellent location for shopping and restaurants facilities. Host & manager are so helpful.

For me Mr.Arun's place is convenient because of it close proximity to SRMC where we go for the annual medical check ups. He and his family have always been very responsive and accomodating.Apartment is maintained well and I am happy to see the consistency since this is my second stay there. I would definitely recommend this place to others who want to stay near SRMC, Saveetha campus and Poonamallee.

I had an amazing stay at Priya’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The positive vibrations in the house made it an absolute pleasure to stay in. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but in reality, it’s even cleaner and more well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed linen, towels, and blankets were spotless. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the parking area was a great convenience. Commuting to and from the location was effortless, and having Kapaleshwar Temple within walking distance was an added bonus. Priya is a wonderful host—she is always approachable and attentive, ensuring that even the smallest requests were taken care of almost immediately. The neighbours in the building were also friendly, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. From the very first day, it truly felt like home. One of the nicest host one could ask for. Very polite and humble throughout our stay. Communication since booking with the host was a major positive highlight. Everything was perfectly arranged for us. Home is located at the heart of the city and easy access to major points in the city. A place very close to Anna Nagar and surrounded areas. It has good 2 BHK with Ac. Refrigerated etc.. clean washroom and in prime location. A valuable stay. Looking forward to stay again in the future. Thank you.

Stayed with kids Excellent support by shridhar Clean Quiet area, was a good stay. Clean utensils in kitchen. Location was easy to find with the instructions given by the host. Rooms were well maintained. Very responsive hosts. Most communications were replied withing minutes by Mr. Shridhar. Location was well connected by Ola, uber and services. Over all safe for family stay.

This is the second time I'm staying in this flat. I stayed in this flat for 5 days without any issues. Before my stay, I worried how the flat is going to be, but I felt very relaxed after entering into this flat. This apartment is a bigger community with all amenities. Flat is very neat as seen exactly in pics and Ashraf sir provided all required things before entering, including water. Everyday he checks if I'm facing any problems and ready to provide required support. He gave all instructions to keep my stay pleasant. Never felt that I'm staying in an unknown place with the way he treated his guests. He is always reachable whenever in need. Location is in prime area, very close to main road as we can get everything we need, with all shops around within the range of 5 mins walk. I like it very much and always prefer to stay next time when I come to Chennai. Thank you very much Ashraf ji for all the support and making my stay very comfortable.
