Apartment in a great location, spacious, well arranged and crossing. From the balcony overlooking the harbor and the park and rooms overlooking the church. It's super nice to have lunch with the rising sun. On the other hand, if like me, you are sensitive to noises don't forget your quiescent balls! But despite that, I had a great stay and I recommend this apartment in the heart of Royan.

The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area of Rochefort, close to the train station, the city center and the docks, everything can be done on foot. It is very beautifully decorated and very well arranged. All the necessary equipment to have a good stay is at your disposal. I recommend it!

Located in a beautiful village, no cars but parking close enough to the accommodation. Marie gave us very clear instructions and is present and responsive. The accommodation was quite suitable and comfortable for 3. No problem to report!

Great host, well-equipped accommodation, beautiful location for visiting Oléron Island

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

The house is warm and welcoming. Extremely clean, new bedding. Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and some shops. A good starting point for many walks. Raphaël came to see us after our arrival, very nice he gave us some great tips for walks to take around.

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

Thanks for the nice quiet accommodation and the super nice communication! Especially the location so close to the sea was wonderful. Amenities nothing to complain about, a high chair would still be luxury, but we always take ours anyway. The apartment is great for families with small children. In April something, a little bit of sunshine came into the apartment and the garden in the back when we imagined, but in summer certainly much brighter and you are also happy about cooling shade! In any case, the place is highly recommended!

Great stay at Pascale's. We were very well hosted by Karl who was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times. He had previously advised us on visits to do and gave good restaurants and outings in Royan. He showed us around and gave us all the information we needed to know for our stay. The apartment is amazing and I confirm what other guests say about the apartment which is even better than in the photos. It is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and very clean. I also wanted to emphasize that the mattress is right for a good night's sleep. The highlight is the location of the apartment which is by the beach and central to all the activities we were able to do on foot. In short, I strongly advise other guests to come and stay in this beautiful apartment located in this little corner of heaven. Thanks again!!!

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roselyne's. The flat is ideally located in the center of Royan, we could walk around easily, there are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The place was very comfortable, clean and ideal for a long weekend. We recommend it!

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.
