Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

The house is beautiful, the park is nice and the hosts are welcoming. Everything is together for a lovely stay at this place.

It was a pleasant stay and close to Bordeaux and even closer to cute towns along the river like Blaye. Lots to see and many wineries nearby as well! The accommodation is exactly as described and well worth it for the price.

Great stay with the family at Barbara and Gilles'. They are very friendly hosts. The accommodation is very clean, well located and quiet. If we have the opportunity we'll be back with pleasure!

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great time at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, a short walk to the beach. The kids had a great time and so did the adults! Thank you so much for hosting us and for this beautiful relaxing time. We recommend it without hesitating!!!

We chose 'Le Manoir' for its setting and 'So British' decoration. We weren't disappointed! On the contrary, we immediately felt good in our vacation home. Thanks in particular to the details (old beds but excellent bedding), very well-equipped kitchen and what can I say about the magnificent bathroom!!!! We have only one small downside: the dishes for 6 people are a little tight. Scottie and Kerstie's hospitality and responsiveness are up to the task.

Lovely place for a family holiday! They have great amenities like the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, badminton and a free tennis court. We spent 7 days a 6 nights there with 6 people and our little dog and really would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday in the south of France.

Really enjoyed Christelle’s place. Stunning apartment and the sauna was a nice touch. Christelle was a great host and even sorted as out when we left the lights on the car overnight and flattened the battery. Area is quiet and not much nearby but was the perfect place for us as we explored the area. I would highly recommend.

Guylene is a welcoming and smiling person as well as her spouse. The place is peaceful and relaxing for a stopover or more. I would recommend this place without any problem.

We stayed at Thierry's for a week in May. Thierry responded very kindly and uncomplicated to the fact that our arrival was delayed more and more. He welcomed us very nicely and gave us many tips. You can see from the house that Thierry is a flea market fan, we thought that gives the house character, it is really unique. It is quiet, a lot of nature around, the frogs croak their concert, at night the nightingales sing. The large, slightly overgrown garden (we like it) was fenced in so that our dog could go in and out of the house as he pleased. The area is pleasantly not overcrowded with tourists, yet there were opportunities to do something. Small tip: do not stay in the caravan if you are taller than about 180 cm (we are a little smaller, so it worked well). Thank you Thierry, we hope to come back!

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Very clean accommodation, very well decorated with taste. Very well located close to the beaches. I would recommend it in a second.

small peaceful haven where you feel at home. We will surely come back because we came for a parachute jump that was unfortunately cancelled but we discovered Soulac sur Mer where beautiful festivities took place in the 1900s. We had a great time at Laëtitia's place. The place is beautiful, the accommodation too. This mix of wood and modern accessories is great. Laëtitia is a great host, very welcoming, responsive and available. I highly recommend this listing! In the event that we return to the area, we will return to this place without hesitation.

Perfect short stay. Communication with Bernard is simple, the welcome booklet is complete, the fisherman's hut is a haven of peace. You won't miss anything for a good vacation. The environment is nice, the beach, the great walks, you don't get bored in Meshers. I recommend this place.
