Directly accessible on the ground floor, this 32m2 studio faces our vineyards. It offers a bathroom with separate toilet, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a hotplate and a microwave oven. For your comfort, we have selected linen bedding on a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. An desk space and a dining area are at your disposal. We offer a courtesy tray with a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a kettle.

CERISE Bed & Breakfast at "Verger de Fred"

"Le Verger De Fred" offers 2 guest rooms close to Rochefort (8 km) and the beaches: 10 min, including the renovated "CERISE" room. It is equipped with a 140 cm bed, a small desk, a wardrobe, and a private shower room and toilet. Independent entrance, parking on the property and a large garage for bicycles or motorcycles You can have breakfast in the common area or on the terrace. You will taste our homemade jams and cakes.

Charming house with a completely renovated interior, in which an air-conditioned bedroom is located upstairs (we have a stairlift) with its toilet and private bathroom are reserved for you. Guests also have access to the kitchen/dining room as well as the living room and garden. The house is non-smoking but there is a covered smoking area available. TV and free Wi-Fi. French breakfast is included in the price.

On the 13th floor sheets and breakfast optional

Upstairs of our Charentaise house you will have a bedroom with a 140 by 200 bed, or modifiable into 2 beds of 90. The bathroom is shared with the owners. The room is rented without sheets or towels, to allow you to have a reduced rate. If you need sheets and towels, this is possible for an extra €8. Breakfast with a €6 per person supplement. Located 3 km from the shopping area of Jonzac, 5 km from the thermal spa and 6 km from the "Les Antilles" aquatic and fitness center. The first beaches are a 45-minute drive away. Free parking on site. No kitchen in the accommodation.
