Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chémery

We came for a 3-day weekend, very nice accommodation and really great location. We came mainly for the Beauval park, we were not even 15 min drive away, it was perfect. The accommodation is very pleasant both inside and outside, it is very quiet and well-equipped. We were very well looked after, welcome gifts were very much appreciated and the hosts are very available which is nice. I would highly recommend it.

This beautiful cottage is out in the middle of the country with birdsong during the day and quiet nights. It’s still in between many major destinations in the Loire Valley. Central location with lots of good grocery stores and we made lots of our meals at the cottage. For those wanting to eat out there are lots of great restaurants within 30 minutes. The cottage was even cuter in person. The bed was firm but cozy. Bathroom was large with a great shower. You have a private patio overlooking beautiful fields, which we enjoyed in the afternoons and for watching sunsets. The pool is a shared space. When you are using it, you won’t see the hosts or feel intruded upon. They make use of it in the mornings and later in evening when you’re not using it. Karen is available for suggestions or to help you with your itinerary and she is a very nice person. You’ll enjoy this beautiful retreat!

Hello, we had a great time at Joëlle's house to visit Beauval Zoo and Chenonceau Castle. Joëlle, her husband Jean and her daughter were very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this rental

We had a wonderful stay with our two children. You can enjoy a large garden with delicious cherries and the place is ideal for discovering the Loire Valley (Zoo, hiking with a donkey, Loire castles, Blois, Amboise, etc.) In addition, the house was super tidy, clean and there was everything you need. We absolutely recommend it.

Accommodation as described, spacious and very quiet. Ideal for relaxation. Very well located for access to Beauval Zoo and the many castles. Florence and Pascal are welcoming and available hosts and attentive to guests. We would definitely recommend them.

Jérôme's small house is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a successful stay. Its large enclosed yard is also a real asset because we always travel with our dog. In addition, thanks to its location close to the chateaux of Chenonceau, Valencay, Chaumont and many others, cellars to visit, wines to taste, mushroom farms, etc. we will keep many good memories of our stay in Meusnes.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated historic flour mill. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there is lots of outdoor space. We loved the grounds including the bird song to welcome the day (and the tawny owl hooting overnight). The location was great for getting to chateaux and there are food stores ten minutes away.

Very good accommodation for visiting Blois, the Loire castles and the surrounding area. It is well located (close to the center) with many shops and restaurants. We appreciate Catherine's recommendations (cheese shop, restaurants). Recommended.

Stay in Blois with Daniel, very friendly, very responsive and attentive host, we were able to chat together at the end of our stay. We recommend the city of Blois and the accommodation facing the Loire!

Ideal apartment, for a couple or someone coming alone to Selles-sur-Cher, located in the city center with various restaurants and activities nearby such as the Beauval Zoo or the Selles-sur-Cher castle. Spacious apartment with all amenities and clean. I recommend it.

Excellent stay at Charlotte's, the accommodation is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and super functional, absolutely everything is thought out to make your life easier. The sofa bed is a REAL bed and we were all jealous! The host is lovely and ultra responsive if needed. I would recommend this cocoon without hesitation. A couple and three kids who felt at home!

Very much enjoyed the apartment, Celine is very helpful and always responds quickly. The apartment is also very centrally located and there is plenty to do nearby. Highly recommended again!

well situated apartment with view to the loire. parking in a lockup garage very safe and convenient. a bright safe clean apartment with a bit of character and charm. Convenient to shops restaurants a small supermarket and the chateau and gardens. Host very helpful. Will stay again.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Very good location, idyllic small garden, Very good instructions with photos and text! Ideal as a stopover, also for a stay for a few days. Good free parking in the streets near the property. (At least we were lucky immediately upon arrival.) Nice and human contact! Blois is a really romantic beautiful city, which is definitely worth visiting.

A great accommodation for a couple looking for tranquility and a cozy nest. Beautiful stickers on the walls that make us feel like we're on vacation but also objects all over the house that make us feel ZEN. 10-15 min drive to the city of Saint-Aignan where you can find "Le Caveau" wine, beer, whiskey and rum bar. Right next to a very good pizzeria. But also Beauval Zoo. I highly recommend this accommodation for all couples who want to visit this region.

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Romain and Evelyne's apartment is really more than perfect for visiting Blois and its surroundings. The photos don't do justice to the quality of what's offered. Nothing is missing, even coffee and other utilities in abundance. Impeccable cleanliness, modern, very comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, you feel at home. Very good location, you can get to the Château de Blois and several sites of interest on foot in a few minutes. Secured parking is a big advantage. The nearby Intermarché is also a plus. Unfortunately, because of the temperature we were unable to enjoy the small terrace, but it is available. Recommended without a second thought because lucky those who can stay in this apartment.

Bertrand is a very nice, welcoming and accessible host. The studio is great for 2 people, the setting is beautiful. We will come again

Great, we didn't miss anything, the only things that weren't provided (coffee pods and towels in particular) were clearly specified in the listing. Very clean and functional, and not far from Beauval Zoo, which we came for. Parking space, very quiet and peaceful residence. We were delighted with the stay

Very good welcome from Allison and Thomas, we immediately felt comfortable! Special mention for the pool, our 2 year old daughter had a lot of fun (daddy too of course!) We would highly recommend.

Very nice setting! We enjoyed 5 days of castle visits. The mini castle park near Amboise enchanted us! The rental is close to many sites and the comfort is very nice.
