The accommodation is well located, in a quiet village and a 5-minute drive from Surgères where you can find the main amenities. Everything you need is there, and even some facilities that we appreciated (coffee, bath towels also for the hot tub, streaming access or laundry detergent). Self check-in goes smoothly thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host, as well as checkout.

Delighted to stay at Arno's place. I want to emphasize responsiveness to messages. The instructions are very clear. As for the accommodation, as soon as you push the front door, you emerge in a chic and warm atmosphere. It felt like my home away from home. The place is very clean as well as the linens provided. I would recommend this listing and add it to my favorites for a future trip. 😀

Gilles offers a great place to stay for a peaceful weekend with friends or children. Everything is suitable. Linens are nice and bedding and pillows are comfortable. Kitchen is properly equipped. The proposed pond is a real little extra a few minutes away by car when the sun is on its tip. In short, a great place with UNBELIEVABLE value for MONEY. Thanks to Gilles.

We were kindly welcomed by the owners. The accommodation is quietly located, the garden is large for playing and relaxing, the pool is refreshing in summer. The house is very functional, nicely decorated. The owners are extremely nice, communication with them was very pleasant. The little extra: their dog Runny! It's a property to have in your logbooks!

Julie is a remarkable host in terms of her hospitality, kindness and availability. She always has a smile on her face. The house is very clean, impeccable bedding and many accessories in the kitchen The place is quiet, the pool is large enough to guarantee nice swims The hot tub and petanque court add a pluses to this rental I highly recommend this place. It is about 2 hours from the ocean, 1.5 hours from the Poitevin marsh.

We stayed at Dylan's for a weekend with friends. The house is perfect, very well furnished, the spaces are great. The big table seats 14. The game room is a real plus, with billiards, foosball and jacuzzi (it just lacks a shower by the jacuzzi, a detail) We had a great time. Dylan is very responsive to exchanges. Great job on this beautiful renovation. We'll definitely be back. ☺️
