Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. However, there are 2 bbqs on site. Laundry room on 1st floor. This studio clean and cozy!. Great for business/solo traveler!.

Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
