Very beautiful surroundings and fresh air. The owner of the apartment quickly gets in touch. The apartment corresponds to the description and is a great option for a vacation. I recommend it.

We had two peaceful nights. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The environment and accommodation were as described, we enjoyed the functionality of the kitchen, the space in the apartment, the terrace for breakfast and dinner with the sunset. Finally, after parking our car in the private parking lot, we enjoyed Thonon les Bains, all on foot, 30 minutes to the thermal baths, the city center and the lake. We will keep this lovely apartment in our favorites for our future stays in the area.

The villa with the fantastic view and the many seating options is perfect for large groups. The amenities and attention to detail made our stay perfect all around. Only the flies are a plague in the spring. But definitely recommend.

The accommodation is perfect for visiting the shores of Lake Geneva. We were also able to visit Geneva and Lausanne, which are 1 hour from the accommodation. The accommodation has a large garden to enjoy nature and rest. Evelyne is very affordable, it was a nice experience chatting with her. Go for it!

We spent a month enjoying this remarkable house perched on top of Lac Leman. The house is true to the pictures, very comfortable and superbly equipped. We were able to take daily walks along the lake in the Montjoux park right below the house. The local market and bakery were a pleasant walk away. The Conciergerie that handled the details was invariably easy to contact and helpful. Thank you!

The villa is fantastic. Its architecture, the furniture in its indoor and outdoor spaces are truly unique and fascinating. The location was strategic both for reaching Geneva and for visiting the lake and its surroundings. Nearby there were all the necessary services, restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, and anything you need. It was a perfect stay, to be recommended and to repeat. Bophana was kind, welcoming, friendly and efficient from the first moment. Always present but never intrusive. We'll be back.

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

Great place for a group of friends and colleagues to share while attending a conference in Lausanne - only wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful garden and the lovely indoor spaces - and access to the lake was so easy!

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Manoir. We were a little clan of three generations, grandparents , children , grandchildren and the chalet and the garden offered many places for gathering as well as many places for privacy , of each family , little groups or someone just wanting some quiet time for himself. From each window there are beautiful views, of the garden and the unspoiled surroundings ( trees, meadow of the neighboring farms , the village on the other side of the river…. The house is old but very well equipped and decorated with lots of original pieces of art combining local traditions with scottish ones…. It is full of surprises, there are lots of books in several languages, games and toys and three tuned pianos…. When there were some technical problems Alexander took care of everything as fast and as wholeheartedly as possible! Thanks again!! The house is not ideal for toddlers who just learned to walk or for very old persons- it has a-lot of stairs inside.

We had a nice time at Sylvie and Sébastien's house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for some agricultural traffic (apparently a main road or something). The house is completely screened so you have a lot of privacy. All the way through all the shutters and the gate. After a day in Geneva, it was really relaxing to cool off in the pool. Our stay was amazing. Beautiful surroundings, very close to the ski slopes and Helen made sure that our every need was taken care of! Would definitely come back! Recommended !

Huguette and her husband are very friendly, communicative and helpful. The house was decorated with a lot of love. The surroundings are spacious and well-maintained. The location of the house is wonderful, as can be seen in the pictures. There are many excursion options. Hugette collected and classified brochures and maps. The kitchen is richly equipped. From the measuring cup to the baking sheet, everything is available. In short: We were very satisfied and felt welcome!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Anastacia's house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the whole family had a lot of space to spend time and relax. Kids loved the pool and the nearby beach. The location was excellent with two nearby grocery stores, easy access to the motorway, and many beautiful attractions, for which Anastacia and Peter gave excellent tips. Special thanks to Peter for being extremely helpful during our stay!

Reymond is a great host, welcome us at our arrival and helped us settled in even before the check in time he allowed us to get into the accomodation after many hours flight to Geneva, We are group of 11 Comrade delegates from Nigeria and we found tgis accomodation meet up with our needs, Close to Annemasse Train Station, Supermarkets and Shops around the neighbourhood at walkable distances, Reymond Provided all the basics for the guests including WiFi, Towels for everyone and much more, Toilet Tissues etc. I will recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short let around annemmasse. Thank you Reymond for been very nice warm kind and responsive, sure we will book your apartment again.

Wonderful stay in this comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation... my friends and I were very happy with these returns from the slopes by the fireplace and this warm atmosphere like at home... a special note for Tom who checks all the boxes of kindness, availability to efficiency... thanks to him for his invaluable help 😊🌺👏

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.
