Villa vacation rentals in Châtel

Nous étions 4 adultes. Notre hôte nous a reçus avec toute sa gentillesse et tout était prévu, même le café et le savon de douche. Beau jardin au sud. Bonne literie (3x lit double) et lits faits à l’arrivée. Seul bémol: les cloisons entre chambres sont assez minces et on entend ronfler les voisins. William est un hôte à recommander et nous y reviendrons.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt von fünf Nächten in diesem schönen Haus! Die Lage ist perfekt – die charmante Altstadt von Yvoire ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was für Ausflüge, Restaurants und kleine Einkäufe ideal ist. Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs und hatten mehr als genug Platz – das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und eignet sich ideal für bis zu 4 Paare. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Wohnbereich, in dem man gemeinsam essen oder gemütliche Abende verbringen kann. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von Küchengeräten bis hin zu Geschirr, Gläsern und Kochutensilien ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt – das macht das Packen deutlich einfacher! Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos und unkompliziert. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und angenehm. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Daniel, qui est un hôte très accueillant ! Le logement est très propre et très très bien équipé, des petites attentions à notre arrivée, un p'tit jardin sympathique avec chaises longues, on s'y sent comme chez soi !

Splendid views; serene setting; spectacular home, decor and artwork; Superior host. Steps and stairs are a challenge as is the walk to Pully train station. Uber use saved us. Overall, a sensational and relaxing visit near Lausanne in beautiful Switzerland. We would love to come again, and also have Manuela visit us in the USA. She is a special host with a warm personality.

Maison parfaitement conforme aux descriptif. Très lumineuse, bien équipée. Communication très facile très rapide avec Gideon. Arrivée très facile et flexible. Parfait pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (2 lits double et 2 lits simples).

Merci à Martine de nous avoir laissé louer sa jolie maison ! Il y avait tous ce dont nous avions besoin, la maison était également bien propre et bien organisée avec une cuisine fonctionnelle et un grand jardin ! Facile d accès , facile également grâce à la boîte à clef tout était très bien organisé. Le quartier était calme et proche du port et du centre ville ! Avec un enfant de 3 ans nous avons tous pu faire à pied durant notre week-end , nous recommandons sans soucis et nous y retournerons lors de notre prochaine visite à Thonon les bains .

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines à Sallanches pour rendre visite à notre famille. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour un séjour en famille, avec de nombreuses commodités accessibles à pied. L’hôte, Philippe, nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Vraiment, je recommande, nous en gardons de superbes souvenirs !

Die Villa mit dem fantastischen Ausblick und den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist perfekt für große Gruppen. Die Ausstattung und Liebe im Detail hat unseren Aufenthalt rundum perfekt gemacht. Lediglich die Fliegen sind im Frühjahr eine Plage. Aber definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nicolas. La maison est semblable aux photos et propre. Très bon emplacement près du lac et avec une très belle vue dessus. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille entre piscine et barbecue.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Sandra, en appréciant particulièrement la piscine en cette période de forte chaleur. Accès au lac facile, et lieu idéal pour rayonner dans les montagnes aux alentours. Commerces de proximité au village. Merci!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Anastacia's house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the whole family had a lot of space to spend time and relax. Kids loved the pool and the nearby beach. The location was excellent with two nearby grocery stores, easy access to the motorway, and many beautiful attractions, for which Anastacia and Peter gave excellent tips. Special thanks to Peter for being extremely helpful during our stay!

This was the most magical place I've ever rented on Airbnb. It's so unusual and so romantic, it's a time-capsule of a 19th century lake villa. It is not a boring, modern, cookie-cutter place like you see in countless other listings. Instead, it's exactly as described: A historic home with a zillion bedrooms (16? we lost count), most of which look directly out to Lake Geneva. The rooms are like something from a 1930s French film -- simple, wallpapered (sometimes a bit tattered), most with sink, a few with small balconies. Bathrooms and toilets are separate (and one bathroom is modern and renovated), and shared between several rooms. Downstairs, there's a large, dated kitchen with million-dollar views out to the lake, a huge dining room, a parlor sitting room, a TV room, a kids play room with piano... It's endless! Oh... and then a terrace wraps around the whole thing. And there's a yard! With a trampoline! Seriously, we loved this place. Not for fussy renters. But absolute magic.

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Franck. Idéale pour les séjours en famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Piscine sécurisée avec un portail verrouillable et une alarme. Accueil très chaleureux de Françoise. Prestations conformes au descriptif. Mention spéciale des jeux extérieurs pour les enfants directement visible depuis la terrasse. Maison spacieuse avec une belle vue. Endroit paisible. Je recommande sans retenue cette location.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het huis van Sylvie en Sébastien. De wijk is rustig, op wat landbouwverkeer na (blijkbaar een doorgaande weg ofzo). Het huis is helemaal afgeschermd dus je hebt veel privacy. Helemaal door alle rolluiken en de poort. Na een dag in Genève, was het heerlijk afkoelen in het zwembad echt ontspannen. Hartelijke groet en dank voor de gastvrijheid.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, grosszügiger Umschwung, tolle Lage und ein schöner Pool. Die Kommunikation war vorbildlich. Es hat uns super gefallen.

Huguette und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist grosszügig und gepflegt. Die Lage vom Haus ist herrlich, wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Prospekte und Karten dazu hat Hugette gesammelt und eingeordnet zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Vom Messbecher bis zum Backblech ist alles vorhanden. Kurzum: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns willkommen!

Un séjour extrêmement agréable ! Cédric est une personne charmante qui sait recevoir. La maison située dans un quartier calme est jolie, spacieuse et ultra bien équipée. La cuisine, fonctionnelle et conviviale, nous a permis de faire de vrais repas. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La maison était très propre. C’est un vrai bon airbnb !

Hello. I wanted to say thank you very much for this beautiful house. Very comfortable and pleasant. A fireplace makes the coziness even more pleasant. The house is suitable for families with children. There are also all kinds of games for children. Grill, pool and a place to sunbathe. There is also a shop next to the house.
