We had a truly wonderful time at this perfect chalet during the Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations. It felt like home from the moment we arrived! The kitchen and entire space are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our experience that we’d love to return in the future. P.S. I would recommend this chalet for visitors with a car, as the ski resorts are about a 20-minute drive away.

Great stay in this chalet in the heart of Châtel. The cottage is very well equipped and very nice! The terrace is lovely with its private jacuzzi. We didn't see Annabelle in person but she was available throughout the weekend. Thanks!

we had a great time, we loved the magic of this little village and especially the location of the accommodation. Everything is as described, a beautiful terrace with a sublime view of the mountains, a barbecue available and especially for the little ones a well-equipped play area. Apartment in a very good location. Great value for money.

This was our 2nd trip to Sebastiens chalet and I’m sure it won’t be our last. The chalet is furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and spacious. Having the choice of skiing both in Abondance (excellent ski school) and Chatel pleased the various ski abilities of the group. The kitchen was a chefs kitchen with all the equipment that you would need with a fabulous open planned dining / kitchen area which was really sociable. We really enjoyed our stay in Michel's apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of the ski lifts and the village center. There is no view of the lake from the apartment. The apartment is small but very clean and everything is present. There is enough space to store your luggage. Michel is a very friendly host, who responds quickly to messages. He also provided us with clear instructions regarding the location, the access code and other things in advance.

Stéphane and Stéphanie's apartment is well organized and equipped, pleasant with its well oriented terrace. The garage is a real asset. Close to the city center on foot, using shortcuts. We recommend!

A very nice apartment in a mountain-style chalet. A view from the living room and terrace, elevated by rasport the south-facing valley is exceptional. A car is required to access the ski and cross-country ski slopes. The place is super quiet and relaxing.

Great spacious ground floor apartment in the valley of abundance. Shops 5 mins by car.

Lovely place, windows with views from lounge area make it feel spacious and calm. Tip for getting to the bus stop in Chatel is to take the lift through the multi-story car park.

We had a wonderful stay — this place is perfect for a peaceful getaway. We visited during the summer and loved exploring the beautiful walking trails nearby. The home looks exactly like the photos, and everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts were fantastic: they provided clear instructions (including a helpful video on how to access the property) and responded quickly to any messages we sent. Highly recommend!

Very nice appartement for four adults. Close to the city centre. For skiing you need transport. Good price. Very clear communication!

Marie is a superb, warm and helpful host. The accommodation fits the description very well and is of high quality. We spent 4 days with the family in this beautiful and relaxing setting. The spa, with the outdoor jacuzzi, allows you to experience relaxing moments in a friendly atmosphere! We'll go back!

Pleasant stay, residence with diverse and luxury amenities, in a peaceful setting. The view is really nice. Very nice apartment, the bedding is quality. The proximity to the center of Chamonix is perfect. Feel free to take the bikes to make it easier to come and go. Only negative point: poor sound insulation with the neighbors and the landing, maybe it was the upstairs and downstairs neighbors we had during our stay...

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness
