In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

The center of Châtel is only 15 minutes on foot, with a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The GR5 trail passes by our house and there are numerous paths and trails to wander around the mountains in summer and in winter the nearby pistes are very easily accessible.
